Ritu mam being the most authentic and hardworking teacher that I've ever came across, she teaches biology in such a comprehensive ways, truly the god of biology. Thank you so much for your contribution in our preparation. ❤
2:52:05 ma'am with due respect I want to let you know that I think the correct option according to your neet 2020 phase 1 question no. 91 is option d. But according to your option arrangement in this particular question the answer should be option a. Bcoz in ncert it is written that "each restriction ENDONUCLEASE functions by inspecting the length of a dna sequence." And here the option a) is restriction ENZYME ... So according to that sense I think the wrong option I mean the answer is option a. Btw ma'am huge love and respect ❤ Chapter clear ho rha hai ❤

Bhai Q4 hat gya video se congo🤗
@@funwithme9319 thanks
2:52:06 .....Mam option D wrong... Reason: sticky end are joined by 😮😮😮Hydrogen bond not by DNA ligase
Chilled ethanol ❎ Thandi daaru✅😂😂😂

mam at 2:52:10 , in the question opt b given as "they cut the strand of dna at palindromic sequences".. in NCERT its said it will cut a little away from palindromic sequences, so Opt B is the correct answer for that question. correct me if im wrong mam
3:16:39 When retrovirus infects a cell of animal host, cell converts the retroviral RNA into DNA, which in turn is inserted into the DNA of the host cell and furtger copies of the retrovirus are produced in the body .....

Yes , m bhi yahi soch raha hu ki , first wala hi wrong h
Best for revision..❤
2:52:11
Correct answer is b
Bcz R.E. cuts the strand of dna LITTLE AWAY from the centre of pallindromic site
Also Retro virus converts RNA into DNA
