- Part 1 of Tea Everyday
Chaozhou Gongfucha utilizes small teapots, a hefty dose of tea, and 3 cups for comfort on a rainy day. This is not a tea ceremony but the practice requires strict adherence to rules. This abridged version can be used with lower quality Wuyi cliff tea to bring out greater depths of yanyun, or rock taste.

This video was incredible. I've subscribed. 👍👍
Wow that’s a lot of tea leaves for a small pot! Thank you for sharing! I’ll try next time
Awesome video! Keep up the great work :)
Aww thanks :)
Hey, where'd you get the binchotan? Amazon seems to have a bunch but they're all for water filtration.
Both my sources of binchotan are from Japan: Kyoto and Kanazawa. I'm fairly certain you can try the ones for water filtration if they are whole. Just be sure to light in a well ventilated area. If you live in NYC/NJ area, both Taiyo and Mitsuwa should have them
@@knjitea2827 shoot, that's a 4 hour drive. I'm just gonna take my chances with some from Amazon and if they do the trick I'll come back to this comment. I can't be the only tea nerd who had no idea that stuff existed so maybe someone will look in the comments for this exact conversation 🤷♂️
These fingers are so long. This must be a very tall person.
The leaves being so high quality they can be crushed is very interesting.
Beautiful
لماذا لم تستمر في القناة ؟
I'd probably burn my fingers with the hot water if I tried this
It’s even harder with a gaiwan lol 😂
What do we call the vessel where the cups are which collects the rinse water? Tea boat? Tea tray?
tea pond
TOM
Oyyyy 🤗🥰
How many grams of tea do you use. And what is three size of the tea pot? Is that 200 ml?
I’m guessing it’s close to 100ml, in chaozhou brewing it’s usually around 100ml
👍👍👍👍🫡
so beautiful🌷🌷🌷🌷
Kan Han
Can I use a lower quality dancong?
Yes, absolutely. You may want to keep those leaves intact, however.
@@knjitea2827 thank you!

The music is depressing, funeral type…😢
"Depressing"?!? LIKE HECK IT IS!!!!! 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
It is somewhat somber, but not in a bad way
