Its looks a smooth beer with good head retention. Yes I think if u drop the secondary blackberry addition I'm pretty sure you'll have a clearer more subtle blackberry flavour similar to the Bushy's version. U could try it again but using frozen or blackberries from Peru this time of year but wouldn't be the same. All in all a cracking grain to glass vid, cheers Mr B👍🍺😊
Cheers Dave, definitely a lesson learned for me, skip secondary 👍 I should have known as I tried it before I added the second lot and it was just what I wanted, yes I could try frozen but I think like you say it loses its character, cheers Dave 🍻 👍
You better watch out, Vault City will be head hunting you 🤣 This sounds really good to me 😋👍
Cheers Don, it's definitely an easy drink and a nice session abv 👍🍻
Great video Rob thoroughly enjoyed it cheers
Cheers JB 🍺 🍻

I like a bitter but if it’s a straight up fruit beer it’ll probably more up my street
Boolman definitely now a fruit beer, It's to me full on BlackBerry in flavour now, cheers mate 👍 🍻
Does your pan fit in the oven? Oh, the lovely leaky CO2 lines. 😆 I wonder if it would clear up some over time.
Kevin unfortunately the pan don't fit in the oven, I doubt it's going to clear, honestly think this is a fruit beer now, it's still very drinkable 🍻👍
