You cant move if nothing's in movement. Think about pushing a cart. Its way harder to start the movement than to maintain it. So do something. Anything. Walk, run, work, train, and by the time you will have created movement in your life, the flow will bring you higher.
I just got out of a 7 year relationship and it’s the same with my girl. Not showing me any emotions or feelings. Like I don’t exist but you just have to focus and worry about yourself and if it come back to you it will. Just heal and boss up King 🙏🏾

I really feel stuck right now everything is stuck also lost my job and right now I am having a hard time & I feel afraid maybe I can not do anything, I can not sleep well because of noisy neighbors
