Thank you so much for a nice long video/ Talk!!! Stinkin Lincoln is ADDORABLE!!! Hope you guys are able to do more videos/Talks with some of the other animals! Thank you for all you do! Take care stay safe! Kathy Washington State 🇺🇸
This was a great introspective on the zoo’s “Prince of the Sea Pups” and his species. :D The sea otters are another favorite species and residents here and I’m glad we got a detailed look into these mustelids. :)
Aww how cute, you all are so awesome. Taking care of this little guy and the others. I actually live about 2 hours from Monterey Bay Aquarium. Thank you for sharing love your channel.
This is just like being at a Zoo Talk! The only difference is I can't raise my hand to ask a question or mention something. Edit: I just realized (there's a link in the description) that I COULD have -- if I knew about it -- asked questions of given comments. 2nd Edit: Never mind. I clicked on the link to find out the LIVE is through Facebook. I don't have any social media accounts (unless you count UA-cam).
Thanks for posting the videos! Would be great if the videos you upload to UA-cam are a bit higher quality. Kinda hard to view at such low res. Thanks again for doing this!! Our 5 year old is very interested.
I get a lot of strange looks during lunch break at work. People don’t understand why I bang the cheeseburger on rocks to get the wrapper off. Did they say 6 meals per day???
i think its sad that otters are extinct along the oregon coast, do they have any natural predators? why do they like the CA coast so well? I guess Im lucky to see them at the cannery row area and the moss landing landing, elkhorn slough area.
NEXIK Zoos only have a limited amount of space. There isn’t an SSP for sea otters so they have to prevent breeding. I’m a volunteer docent at another AZA accredited zoo and zoos will sometimes put their animals on birth control in order to limit the amount of births and maintain genetic diversity.
I love seeing him bang the food on the rocks to crack the shell
Lincoln is just here for the food.
Lincoln is so adorable, thanks for taking good care of him.👌❤
Now this is the kind of cute content we need these days
This so clever. I am a local at the Oregon zoo. Since people are stuck at home. You guys bring the zoo to everyone. Can't wait for the next one

I’m not sure naming him Lincoln is a blessing, or a curse. Stinkin Lincoln, oh geez.
is it me, youtube, or the source video but the video quality is terrible
This was a livestream, originally.
It would have been nice if this wasn't recorded with a potato.
You need to organize feeders, not sure if its very healthy people throwing food all tge time. Do you go home with dhrimps? I am sure!
stop yelling
They steal the animal's food ....
You castrated an endangered species... Good for you guys!
