the yummy skin blushes are good for dark skin because they are so vibrant. not sure why they faded so fast on your complexion because these pack a punch and stay all day. also i’m so glad rare beauty listened to us and added more cooler shades because that red bronzer was not it! i just got the deepest cooler shade hoping it works better!!
Yes fantastic for deeper skin! I just wish there was more variety in the undertones. For the fading I feel like the foundation was at play here

Came here to say this! I find most mainstream blushes are not pigmented enough for my deep tone - it’s great to find something that shows up & stays put on me. Agree that it’s a lot colour for fair skintones, but I think there is a ton of options on the market that won’t be as intense.
@@lokello89 Agreed! I can usually only use 1-2 shades of blush from a brand because they cater mostly to lighter skintones so i’m glad DM made the yummy skin blushes with darker skin in mind
I have light skin and I’m in LOVE with the Yummy Skin blush in Rose & Brunch. It’s a dream to apply and it lasts all day for me. I’m also super-impressed with the new Kulfi cream blushes, which I have in 2 shades.

Girl you should try the bodyography pigment in blue morpho! Its one of those shades that changes depending on what light you're in. Its definitely my favorite shade from the line! Super unique!! Its like a periwinkle blue but turns purplish in darker lighting. Its not as glittery as the shades you tried in this video, but its still beautiful!

So I never picked up the Danessa Myricks blushes because the colours just aren’t for me, but I do have her balm powder, and I have been mixing it with my liquid blushes to create a blurred soft matte look and it surprisingly works really well:) love all you videos !❤ thank you so much for the review! @@JuliaAdamsMUA she got the dior forever skin (the matte version because we are oily folk), the Lancôme Teint Idole concealer (also my personal fav!) and the Glowish bronzer! She said “the foundation is so thin and lasts so long. It’s perfect!”
I haven’t tried the Dior yet as I am working my way through the Lancôme & ELDW so i based it all off your recommendation 🤣 you’ve never steered me wrong!

The same thing happened to me with those yummy glosses! I bought 3 of them based on TikTok and they were all stringy and goopy. I clicked your video so fast when I saw you were trying them.

I had the same issue w the Saie foundation...actually used the same powder to set. I had to use CT flawless filter and set w the Saie powder. It looked 100x better
You must try the fitglow bamboo setting powder! It’s INCREDIBLY blurring and talc free! It replace the Huda for me. Hands down amazing. The fitglow concealer is amazing too.

It’s funny that the lip glosses didn’t work for you because I love the one I have. 😂 I have the one that shows up kind of more clear and I only put a little since it does go a long way. I still do want to try the NYX fat oils. The eye look is stunning as always and I’m really tempted to get some of those. Also excited about the bronzer stick shade extension.

Just got a sample of the Nars Light Reflecting powder and I don’t like it either! It totally caked up my base and did not look skin like at all - which is so shocking for a Nars product! I’m totally with you on this and there are so many better powders out there!

Hi Julia, I have never been able to use such a glowy "foundation" although I have to put more on the high points and I have to prime and smoosh a matte concealer and and powder...so basically get up a half hour earlier...but I love the way it looks after a few minutes. I think it looks so pretty on you. Oh you made the blush look so nice. I returned mine which I rarely do. hmmm. Hug you cats. 👋🏻😄👍🏻

Little tip with the powder: it’s not meant to be a setting powder, it’s a finishing powder. (Learned that in training)
It’s meant to kinda buff on after setting and to touch up during the day. Hope that helps! 🫶🏼🖤✨

You hurt my heart with your disdain for the yummy glasses lol! They are perfect formula for me. I haven’t had any stringy spots and they’re so hydrating. I also don’t want strong pigment in my gloss though.

The super gel looks so pretty on but burned the heck out of my skin and gave me an allergic reaction I was so sad because it looks beautiful but it has Lactic acid in a primer highlight product which is weird and the only ingredient I can think to give me such a reaction and I couldn't see anyone waring it daily , I found it stronger then alot of lactic acid serums that are ment for exfoliating.

You just can’t apply too much of the CG Yummy Gloss, otherwise you get that funkiness that made me think of you the first time I tried them. I have the COSMO shade which gives more color. Shiny & juicy.

Your eyes are STUNNING!!!!! The colour of the shadow really brought out eyes I agree 🔥 🔥 🔥. Every review on the Nars powder it’s not good you were the 5th person I’ve watched not enjoy this powder you all say the same things about so I’m very firm in believing it’s not a good product, personally I’ve found really good affordable powders and Nars is a very expensive Brand here in CDA their Foundations are 🔥 never had a fail with Foundation or Concealer by Nars but I’ll pass on trying that powder . I actually like those glosses lololol it comes down to if you like a thicker gloss or more thin because yes I can many not enjoying this gloss , in a gloss I prefer very little pigment so it works for what I like and my lips never went numb so I’m thinking something in the ingredients you had a reaction to because I believe you you’ve never steered me wrong. For me it’s really important to watch reviews because fellow Canadian here and anything Beauty related is extremely expensive here including Drugstore where Foundations are between 25/35 bucks for Drugstore yes you read that right a L’Oréal Foundation you will not buy for under 30 bucks unless it’s on sale and even then it’s 25.00 , so I really need to trust the reviews because we can’t return most products some Stores have better policies but the cheapest prices are from Walmart and you can not return opened makeup. I never ever buy anything base related without watching at least 3 different reviews Drugstore or High End doesn’t matter and for me personally I consider setting and finishing powder a base product , I can’t afford to buy all my makeup products in the High End there’s a few things that I absolutely love in that category but the majority of what I buy is considered “ affordable “ I’d love to walk into Sephora and buy a complete full face but that’s not something I can do thankfully the Drugstore Brands have come such a very long way in quality and I can have beautiful face of makeup I love at a price that I don’t cringe to badly at buying a couple things at a time. It’s still expensive for the Drugstore but it’s definitely cheaper than Sephora, I’d literally do cartwheels if Brands like CP , Moria , JP , JCat, LA Girl , Moda Brushes and so many more would come to Canada ( LA Girl is available in Ontario I think ) I don’t understand why they don’t the market is definitely here for it . Hopefully you all have a fantastic weekend.
