I purchased this model a week ago and the only thing I dislike is having a mattress protector on it. We purchased it because we were told that the warranty wouldn't cover if there was a stain or spill.
I paid 150.00 for insurance it covers stains say blood stain can’t get it out they replace bed free motors go out on frame they replace them it’s a 10 year warranty
I got one of these and am enjoying it. Just difficult to find a good pillow since it is more firm than I'm used to. Despite being "Soft" it is definitely in the 5-6 (out of 10) range. I'm using their cooling pillow but even that gives my neck a few problems. Overall I do enjoy it, just kind of wish I went all out for the base (I only got the default lower end model) and went for the King now... lol.
@@WatermelonPeppermint : Yeah, it is still a bit more firm than I'm used to. I'm more having issues with their pillows as my neck is a little strained. Getting better though. Need to invest in better blinds (to keep it dark) and a sleep study for a possible CPAP machine though. I also wish I went for a better bed frame. I went for their basic model but kind of want to try the anti-snore advanced one now. Shame there's no returns on the frame (that I know of) or I'd return that and go for a more advanced one.
Great review man. I've been sleeping on this mattress for a week now and I completely agree with everything you said about it. It's called a soft mattress, but I would say its more of a medium soft. Takes a night or two to adjust to it if you're coming form a firm bed. It's heaven, especially for me seeing as I'm a side sleeper. Side sleepers rejoice! If you want a comfy bed and you have a few coins, this is it!
Do you still find your mattress to be MEDIUM SOFT? Just purchased this mattress! I like medium soft... hubby likes SOFT!!!! I am hoping this will be a good compromise and not toooooooo soft for me. 125 pds - hubby 200 pds
@@marshafisch I would honestly say its closer to soft. If you don't like a very soft mattress you probably won't like this one. You might be better off getting a "Medium" tempur pedic regular, 3 degree breeze model.
We just got ours (Luxe breeze firm) but something is off. Motion cancellation is virtually non-existent. This is our 3rd Tempurpedic. The others were definite contenders for their famed "wine glass" commercial. This one? It's King; others were Queen. Does that make any difference? If my husband moves his foot, his leg, I feel it and the entire bed moves. We haven't experienced this before. Anyone else? Any suggestions?
No. On night 3 with the Luxebreeze Firm and it is not cold. Gets warm after 3 minutes. Note: we have the Tempurpedic protector sheet and Cotten bed sheet on.
I have a ProBreeze, not the LuxeBreeze. The ProBreeze starts out cool, but gets unbearably hot in the middle of the night. I'm considering trading it in for a LuxeBreeze or some other bed. Anyone have any recommendations?
Hey. What ever happened to your probreeze. I'm interested in the luxbreeze soft but my wife prefers a bit firmer. I felt like the medium hybrid with the coils is the perfect balance and like how it has a bit more bounce cause the coils. But your comment is scaring me a little. Lmk what you did. Thanks
@@Phenom-rl5pr traded the pro breeze for a luxe breeze firm. I didn't like it either so it's sitting in the guest room collecting dust. If you were in SOCAL, I'd say come buy it. Ha. I guess I'm just not a memory foam guy.
@@cwc73 Hi, recently bought a S&F hybrid (had an ancient traditional bed), but are having trouble with overheating. May either have to trade way up for a Luxe-breeze, or eat the loss and go back to a traditional (we get hot sometimes too, but with the S&F, it's an issue every night). I thought for sure the Luxe Breeze would work, it's just such a gamble given the cost. So, you did have overheating issues with the Luxe as well? Thanks for your help. This sucks! We put off buying a new mattress for a reason. But, we have been hurting too much over the past few years to ignore our old mattress any further. Take care.
I use a sheet which takes away from the cooling buy keeps the mattress clean. Any layer you add will take away from the cooling buy I do recommend at least a mattress protector.
Use sheets around 300 thread count, definitely at least under 600. We have a breathable protective cover and 300 thread count sheets and it definitely still very cooling!
We just exchanged pro adapt for lux breeze bc it was very HOT. After two nights the Luz Breeze does not feel much cooler at all. So far I’m very disappointed in Tempurpedic. I would recommend a more traditional mattress. They just hold too much heat. However, if it is just for one person it’s much better. The body heat of two people is too uncomfortable for even me who normally I’m always cold.
I love mine. We definitely sleep way cooler. I used to wake up sweating in our old beds. Haven't even come close to feeling hot at night with ours. We even have a breathable protector cover and 300 thread count sheet on it. Maybe contact them... possible defect?
8 degrees less and 3k dollars more. There is no justification, they are making SO much money off this it's not even funny. Their ticket price is way over what the stores price is it's not even funny.
@@timvibes i know this is an older comment but thought I'd chime in that their warranty actually kicks ass. I've had my bed for 8 years, didn't quite meet the requirements for a full replacement on a warranty claim and they still offered me 75% off any mattress i wanted. 10 year warranty starts over again too. It's awesome.

You can buy a brand new cover on eBay for a couple hundred of dollars before notifying Tempurpedic.
I'm not sure which one you purchased but I was offered the mattress cover with the same cooling technology as the mattress itself
