That ninja "deck" didnt have getsuga or the shadow clone jutsu, it was basically just 3of each ninja card that got reprinted or printrd on shva. So pathetic, and new players are legit getting scammed on these kind of decks.
Yeah! You can low key get a complete dragon link deck for $60. Some eBay sellers even claim that these are tournament topping decks, straight up liars.
Well tbf, you should do your research before buying random shit. There's no need. There is responsibility on the new player to know what time buy and not be a dumbass, even if he is knew.

Could be a decent series you have decks for all of you set up a loser's bracket and a winner's bracket double elim until the finals then winner takes all
I really do like that you always sleeve even those "high end meta" cards. I just feel bad everytime i see someone playing or just making deck profiles (from 3x structure decks) without sleeves so i really appreciate your attitude.
Imagine a tournament where everyone, like 20 plus people, has to pick a "Tournament" ready deck from a selection of them, then a selection of 5 common staples and everyone plays like in a regional settings. I honestly think that would be quite a fun time. Oh, and I'd pick red eyes zombies from the selection there, as I played that deck in duel links and I loved that format too much to ignore it.
Not even playing Yu-Gi-Oh anymore, for i think 2 or 3 years now, but i cannot pass up on you guys and the amazing content, the skits and Larry In The Hole must be my favorite things but all you guys put out is a joy to watch! keep it up Team APS!

Always top quality content. I love team aps cuz they stay away from all the BS. They always show they have extreme passion for yugioh and always want others to enjoy it too. A group of great guys. Some of the dudes from locals in the occasional video are also cool. Keep up the great work guys

I can imagine starting with one of these "tournament ready" decks and slowly improve em as a series on the channel. Kinda like a sealed only but instead of getting 3 starter decks, you use these lol
"Tournament ready" decks are actually not bad to use as a base because they at least have a lot of core cards for many decks. Obviously not tournament ready because I had to invest an additional 15 or 20 bucks into mine so far to make it work. Might need another 15 or so to complete it.
A cool follow up could be a tutorial on how to make these decks better, such as generic cards to add. Or how a new player could upgrade on a budget over time
@@TheArchfiendGuy if they don't revolve around dice again sure, I like the "new" one better when you can special summon one when you control one but have to destroy something "archfiend" after it just need some who has great effect after destroyed and a couple "free" special summons and it's an actual working deck. Not meta but working.
@@TheFeri I think there's a big gap between meta and working. Archfiends already work as a deck and you can build them in all sorts of ways. I think they should get away from the dice roll gimmick as well though. Some more interesting gameplay, maybe with switching columns etc (like chess) could be really unique and cool!
The main thing I will say about these from personal expierence. They are in no way tournament ready, however, they can act as a decent base for building a deck with them. Then just buy singles to fill in what ya need. It's how I made my shark swarm deck.
Maybe y'all should do this again, but roll a D8 and have a double elimination tourney where each of you uses multiple decks. I used to do that with all my decks when I was a kid just so I could figure out which deck was best and most consistent. This was back from 2002-2012.
Cool idea, structure deck, or eBay pre made decks, challenge 4 or so people, winner can take losers deck for next duel or add cards from it to current deck to modify for next duel??
Living in the UK, going to my local game shop soon for a Yugioh evening. But wondering, is it common for everyone to need a meta deck to make it worth playing? Really want to get into it but I like the idea of making a deck from bxoes and packs with a few singles, rather than getting a deck list for a deck I have no interest in. Is this a pipe dream?
Hey team APS I got an idea for a Challenge series its called welcome to my Shadow game in wich every time you lose life points you get punished like eat a pepperoni or like you go to the gym and two of you have to duel on treadmills and every time you lose life points you have to speed it up
Hang on, I might have to go look up that Chance deck decklist, because I've been wanting to make a goofy dumb casual dice deck and I just can't make the pieces work, and honestly, I kinda wanna see how they did it. I know it's gonna be awful, but I'm going in expecting to be bad but I am dying to see what they did with it. Honestly I love the concept of building decks off of very basic, simple concepts like "Warriors" and "Ninjas". Just real basic concepts. It's like shitty old school schoolyard Yu-Gi-Oh, which has a special place in my heart. Edit: I found the dice/chance deck. It's so bad, dude. It's even worse than I thought it was going to be.

This was fun to watch. I've never played Yu-Gi-Oh but do play Magic and the uneven matchup is painfully hilarious across games and genres.
I want to see you guys take these “Tournament-Ready” decks and make them better with your personal choices, sticking to the original themes of course.

I did this with my brother and a couple of friends we bought like 6 of them and we all had a 3 v 3 blind deck dual

Ninjas in Duel Links was the shit! You really had to think a lot during each play. Short after that Sylvans arrived and I dropped the game right there
Have a member of APS duel the winner with the choice of the remaining decks and see if the winner can go the APS eBay gauntlet
