I'm loving your new channel! This video really spoke to me today. I've been running my own business for 11+ years but started to experience more growth over the last 2 years as my last of 4 kids started school. My husband has been touting The 5am Club for years. It is very helpful, but I already get up at 5:15am to prep my kids for school. Like you, my kids are in multiple activities throughout the week, so the schedule is timed to a T. But I will really look into getting to bed a little earlier, planning my week on Sundays and sharing more of the meal prep load with the family. I love how you get the bulk of your work done by 10am - I've added 3 team members over the last 9 months and they are asking me to share more of the load. I need to trust in their abilities (they are skilled or I wouldn't have hired them!) and clear more of the day to day work from my plate. So many gems you dropped in this video! Thank you for sharing your tried and true hacks! -Darlena
I love to hear it! And yes…delegate some of those tasks. You will be so much better for it and your team and family with thank you for it. Congrats on your success! Thanks for watching
For writers, marketing gurus, online businesses, entrepreneurs, and other personal services, this tactic might be helpful. If you are depending on other people and processes, this could not work. After all, being human. doesn't mean being a slave running a rat race..money
I don’t understand the last part of your comment. However, as the majority of the viewers of this channel are the types of people you mentioned in the first part of your comment, I’m glad to see that you agree. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have a great day!

Get up even earlier. Aiming for 430am. Also planning week on Sundays. Thanks Gwen!❤ great info!
Let me know how it works for you!

geting back on track🎉
💯🔥🙏🏾
Thanks for watching!
I'm going to try getting up early, making my bed and plan out my week.... I know, trying too much all at once
My suggestion: start with just one. Master that, then add another one in. Starting them all at once can be overwhelming
Great points! Love how u say the small things build bigger results!
Yep! Just like building muscles.
Facts! I’m in the gym by 0400
Whew! Ok overachiever! LOL
🔥
Thank you!

Make my bed every morning 🤦🏽♀️
I used to dread it. And now it's such a habit that it's second nature like brushing my teeth
