Awesome dish😋 Lots of people think this is a hard dish to make. It's so easy and versatile like ramen noodles. Just fancier and more delicious. Definitely not a dish to walk away from while cooking it. Thank you for yet another delicious recipe.
For anyone needing the ingredients while watching this... 8 oz cooked lobster (meat from 4 small lobster tails) 1 cup Arborio rice 4 cups chicken broth (low salt), can substitute fish broth or seafood stock (may need more or less than 4 cups) 1 stalk celery, diced 1 carrot, cut into small pieces 1 shallot, minced 5 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons butter, divided (plus extra for finishing, if desired; can substitute olive oil) ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano (plus additional for garnish) ½ cup white wine (Sauvignon Blanc recommended) Salt and pepper to taste Optional garnish: Italian parsley
Good channel, I like that AB is NOT like some of these other UA-camrs who are trying to be everything and Jack-of-all trades healthcare providers. He is on the Autobahn in his lane-Cooking up a storm ⛈️. Props to the Brother 🧑🏽!👏🏽
Thanks so much for this amazing recipe!! I made it tonight for my family and it was a huge hit. I’d never made risotto so I was nervous, but the clear recipe and your awesome video made it so easy. Thanks from Victoria Canada! ❤️
Thank you so much for this recipe, man. I’m getting deeper into cooking and this was phenomenal! I ended up seasoning, searing and basting salmon with thyme and butter. I then took the salmon and plated it on top of this lobster risotto! AMAZING
Loving this recipe, i remember the first time i had risotto, it was at a restaurant where i live and i was curious to know what it was. I didn't know how delicious it was gonna be. Happy to see how its made.
Looks fantastic! What brand is that single burner hob? I've got a smoothtop but would love to have one of those for special recipes that need an open flame. Thanks!
I've been researching these online, too. ✔️ Mostly on Amazon. I'll have to look under his video and see if he does equipment descriptions. We also have a glass top/immersion burner stove, and I still haven't gotten used to it, ha ha. I want a single burner separate just for me & my "special food!" 😊
I love risotto. And never thought of lobster. I will definitely be making this, and since you made it so easy to get the recipe, I am ecstatic. You must be a chef in Vegas and if you are they are lucky to have you. Can't wait for the next recipe ❤
I always thought that dish was difficult to make. After seeing you making it look so easy, I will give it a try. I can definitely put plenty lobster in mines since I live here in the U.S. Virgin Islands 🇻🇮 and make enough lobster broth to enrich the flavors more. Thanks for sharing ✊🏽💯
My muva been begging me to make this I been eating seafood the last 3 days I don’t want to see a crab or lobster maybe some oysters lml most def Thanks Chef S A L U T E

Been noticing a theme on UA-cam. I totally get wearing gloves while handling raw meat but I don't get why you wear the gloves when chopping veggies and cooking in general. Especially at home. You even wear them eating your food. Seems like an unnecessary waste.

Well done, Sir. It looks fantastic.
That looks awesome, I'm gonna do it this weekend!!!!!!! Thanks
I think i would add a little cajun spice to it also.
Any particular reason? I don't see what that would enhance in the lobster and it's not necessary for a good risotto

Stab the backend of the box of broth it will all come out at once ! Pro tip ( not really lol i learned it works lol )
The broth should be heated first so that it doesn’t cool the pan.
I’m tryna cook for my man. Can you post a lobster ravioli recipe 😭😭😭

That is not lobster Risotto not even close. Risotto is supposed to be creamy. And no veg.
That is looking delicious without the lobster, but lobster will set it off.
You used the gross barefoot wine.
Trust your nose!
