So if you owned a helicopter are you allowed to just cruise around a city arbitrarily or do you have to turn in a specific flight plan? Of course all other requirements done. Guess it varies based on the city? Would love to have that capability.
I would guess you'd need to file a flight plan with the FAA like any other pilot. No idea though. This was a professional helicopter tour service and the owner/pilot was a delight.
