Good driving, but just want to point out in T6, you can leave it in 4th and let the gravity does it thing to "pull" you thru the turn, which should save you another half of a second from downshifting and shifting up heading into boot.
Good lap overall. You can go through the Esses flat footed no issue on Hoosiers and that speed. That alone you would be sub 2:05.5. Try to carry a min speed of 88 through bus stop and that should put you deep into 2:04. Last thing I noticed is that with your apex speed at t10 being under 100mph you shouldn’t need to run to the curbing at track out. Go 3/4 there and the shorter distance traveled will also get you a couple tenths. Good work dude
@@gospeedjason7053 got it. reason I ask is I historically exclusively run in PCA events because of the culture, but have thought about trying other clubs/groups; however I am curious about their culture wrt passing. early on (first 6 mins) I thought the blue car in front of you had demonstrated he/she deserved a point-by from the white car. btw - very nice driving (and patience) by you.
@@philipjefferson5565 yes we were both pretty frustrated by that white car. The SCDA is generally a good club, but there is less of a “culture”, so this was an example of a racer showing up and thinking they could do whatever they wanted (like holding us up until their tires were warm). I usual drive in PCA events as well. I did a lot of driving with Audi NEQ as well when I was starting out in my S4. They are also a good group.
