I would have loved to move to Sedona back in 2012, when I first moved here to AZ. It was still pricey, but a bit more economical, price wise, lol. Thanks for showing us this Dawn! Beautiful property.
Sorry! I don’t like the industrial look and feel of these modern builds. It doesn’t make sense to have such a big shower without having a tub in it. Most of all, there are no blinds or anything at the windows for privacy. I wouldn’t want to spend that much money on a house and have to install some sort of blinds for privacy.

A lot of the new builds here have the boxy, industrial look to them.
Seems reasonable price (for today's market) considering all you get. Is there an HMO fee?
