The TB12 Book Review - Tom Brady's Crazy Diet

In this video I review Tom Brady's "crazy" diet book. When the book first came out I was shocked to see how much negative press it got. Then I thought about it a little and realized the NFL sponsors probably don't want their premier athlete talking badly about their main sponsors (beer, pizza, junk food etc.)
After article after article attacking Brady and the book, I just had to read it for myself. So will Tom Brady's diet kill you? Or will it make you a 5, potentially 6 time Super Bowl winner? Only time will tell.
