Thank you, Prem, for these One 2 One talks that you have made available to us. I wrote to you a few months ago asking for more talks, similar to your Lockdown series, for those of us who are still staying home most of the time and staying safe. In this time of so many uncertainties,I am learning to be patient in the here and now, to focus on the joy of this life and this breath. I watch one of these videos every morning to help me remember what is really important. Thank you so much!
