For a small post in govt. or private sector, the eligibility criteria is a long list whereas for selecting the highest post of our state and country, the eligibility criteria is nothing, no education qualification, no background check, nothing. That is why our country is becoming a mess. High time we put education qualification as a mandatory criteria for being a candidate as an MP or MLA.
