Even if you feel you can’t do it then just encourage yourself to do a little everyday bc when you stitch it is really a moving meditation like yoga or painting. This enriches and heals your soul. It was your intuition and deep knowing to move your prized possessions , but your and your family’s safety is paramount. You just keep doing what you can do. One, it helps you I think to be able to speak about it and also people outside your country need to hear these stories.
