I felt like I'm in Therapy. Being a heart person with a big personality and a great mind has brought me such heart ache, bullying, segregation and loneliness. Yoooo I've been feeling so lost in cooperate. I've literally dimmed myself to depression.
    Thank you for these sessions....

Yho this is me. I resigned. I have not told my parents because I have been blaming myself. I am currently looking for a better opportunity in my career field and hoping to be around like minded people if not I will navigate through, at least I now know better

I truly enjoyed this interview. The nugget that was insightful for me was when Piwe answered her ability to able to navigate her space and dimming down her light as well as her explaining how we need to understand our triggers so we don't lose control and get distracted. Thank you for these conversation on Agenda woman❤❤

💃🏾💃🏾🤗🤗Yaaaaaay I was hoping you would call her, after the summit. There's just something likable about her😍 , maybe its because I can relate to some of her weaknesses. Thank you Nomndeni for allowing God to use you, some of us feel trapped in spaces that don't really nourish who were created to be, spaces we are misunderstood..we find comfort in these insightful conversations💗

😢 This conversation is an answered prayer. Being a heart person is so difficult and makes it harder in corporate spaces where you deal with older people who feel threatened by your potential and your eagerness to make difference.
I had to dim my light to make someone feel comfortable but I realised that I then lost myself which led me to a dark place mentally.
But thanks to this therapeutic conversation , there’s light . I feel seen, heard and understood. Thank you so much for this platform Nomndeni because it’s a constant reminder that I am not alone ❤

Thank you Ladies for such wisdom and using the influence and connections you have harnessed over the years. I believe one neglected sector is the public sector, I come from the public sector and perhaps in your next Agenda Women Summit, Nomndeni we can explore the challenges and clear out the myths about it. Love your work♥️🌺👌

Phiwe Phiwe Phiwe, how I looked around for her after the summit & she was nowhere to be found. Now this makes me have that feeling to get a hand shake & warm hug from her. Her energy & aura is so refreshing. Her saying "I want to give young girls opportunities to be initiative, confident & feel appreciated in a harsh environment where they feel unappreciated" ~ Piwe Motshegoa

I really admire and love the both of you ladies. I went to her corner during the Women's Event for Mentorship. She has a way of talking with so mum conviction. She has a depth of experience in her industry.
The part I admired the most was, if you are a person who leads with heart, don't change that. The world would be stagnant or boring if everything is always structured and clinical. Heart people matter. Knowing your triggers, read the room and eventually you will come to your confident and unapologetic self. Thank you ladies.

Ending this interview thinking that this one was just for me. I relate so much to Piwe's personality and it's quiet challenging but still wanting to make an impact in so many people's lives. I'm leaving here so inspired and ready to navigate in spaces by leaving my light on and helping other's to switch theirs on too. Thank you Nomndeni for this space.
