Beke le Beke we are fed, motivated, reminded of realities of coming back to self. ❤️ Thank you Nomndeni
I felt like I'm in Therapy. Being a heart person with a big personality and a great mind has brought me such heart ache, bullying, segregation and loneliness. Yoooo I've been feeling so lost in cooperate. I've literally dimmed myself to depression.
Thank you for these sessions....
Yho this is me. I resigned. I have not told my parents because I have been blaming myself. I am currently looking for a better opportunity in my career field and hoping to be around like minded people if not I will navigate through, at least I now know better
@@zimasancoliwe Love and light ladies 💕💕 it's hard, but not impossible.
I had to stop and check the title of the video because my Queen is speaking truth. Love the interview ❤
I also have a strong personality and misunderstood all the time. Ous Piwe is me and i am her. Im watching this one for the second time in one day.
I truly enjoyed this interview. The nugget that was insightful for me was when Piwe answered her ability to able to navigate her space and dimming down her light as well as her explaining how we need to understand our triggers so we don't lose control and get distracted. Thank you for these conversation on Agenda woman❤❤
Siyabonga Piwe... Your poise,, your calmness and the wisdom yoh bazalwane,, re a leboga weshu
Kgomotso said so little and yet so much for me… Thank you for your wisdom and imparting much needed knowledge on us🙏 to all the speakers..thank you❤ May you always thrive Nomdeni🌷
Piwe is just amazing 🙌🏽♥️ I've been binging on episodes and my heart is so full 🙏🏾♥️
💃🏾💃🏾🤗🤗Yaaaaaay I was hoping you would call her, after the summit. There's just something likable about her😍 , maybe its because I can relate to some of her weaknesses. Thank you Nomndeni for allowing God to use you, some of us feel trapped in spaces that don't really nourish who were created to be, spaces we are misunderstood..we find comfort in these insightful conversations💗
😢 This conversation is an answered prayer. Being a heart person is so difficult and makes it harder in corporate spaces where you deal with older people who feel threatened by your potential and your eagerness to make difference.
I had to dim my light to make someone feel comfortable but I realised that I then lost myself which led me to a dark place mentally.
But thanks to this therapeutic conversation , there’s light . I feel seen, heard and understood. Thank you so much for this platform Nomndeni because it’s a constant reminder that I am not alone ❤
YOH! I related to this SO much, I feel seen, I am a hard AND heart person and see a lot of myself in Piwe, and I'm a black woman In entertainment even if i keep dodging it lol thank you for this ladies
I appreciate how Nomndeni is asking the questions! Shooo this is a powerful interview, as always. 💐
What an amazing conversation. I am so proud of you both.
More than being inspired and impacted, I literally cry every time I watch these conversations because I relate so much with these women and I have so many light bulb moments and moments of ohhh that's where I want to be. Thank you, Agenda women
Aaaah man😭😭😭🙌🙌🙌, this interview is important conversation to have. Wearing your heart and learning how to control your emotions so that one is not discouraged to push forward. Understanding your why is important.
Thankyou Nomndeni for showing up for us,we are inspired,I listen to each and every video of yours as if I will write a test.its crazy 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Me too, I haven't missed one so far.
🤣🤣🤣🤣this is accurate
Thank you Ladies for such wisdom and using the influence and connections you have harnessed over the years. I believe one neglected sector is the public sector, I come from the public sector and perhaps in your next Agenda Women Summit, Nomndeni we can explore the challenges and clear out the myths about it. Love your work♥️🌺👌
Phiwe Phiwe Phiwe, how I looked around for her after the summit & she was nowhere to be found. Now this makes me have that feeling to get a hand shake & warm hug from her. Her energy & aura is so refreshing. Her saying "I want to give young girls opportunities to be initiative, confident & feel appreciated in a harsh environment where they feel unappreciated" ~ Piwe Motshegoa
Piwe and I come from the same neighbourhood; seeing her shed this much wisdom and impact is everything💖
My homie too .. Church Street ✌🏾
Oh my God 😭❤️ loved this conversation. May God bless Piwe 🥺😭❤️
Go girls! Go!
I am slowly becoming a different woman since I discovered this platform, I love the fact that people who are in cooperate are not judged. We are given the knowledge to grow instead.
Eish we need more and more women like Piwe to speak on these corporate issues. It helps to realize that your experience sometimes is not an attack but just corporate growing pains. I'm enjoying all these conversations. Thank you Nomdeni
I just love you Piwe. When I visit SA, I have to look for you. You are my type. Saying the truth is what the ears need yo hear. Just look forward to watch this channel.
This was definitely recorded for me👊🙏. As a hard person I am definitely in that season where I have to sit in the stillness of God. A season of learning and unlearning.
I really admire and love the both of you ladies. I went to her corner during the Women's Event for Mentorship. She has a way of talking with so mum conviction. She has a depth of experience in her industry.
The part I admired the most was, if you are a person who leads with heart, don't change that. The world would be stagnant or boring if everything is always structured and clinical. Heart people matter. Knowing your triggers, read the room and eventually you will come to your confident and unapologetic self. Thank you ladies.
Thank you sis Piwe. You spoke to me on so many things. "sometimes you have to loose certain battles to win the war, but it is within your control about which battles to loose, keep your eye on the ball". Thank you ladies🙏
Ahh 😢 I feel like I just had a heart to heart with an older sister about How To navigate the working environment. I wish I learned this when I started working. So honest, On point. So much wisdom. Thank you guys ❤️ Thank you Piwe ♥️
I loved the conversation, I saw a clip of the show on TikTok and immediately came to the whole episode and don't regret it...I have clicked the subscribe button and can't wait to emerse myself on previous episodes..❤️❤️
I am loving this Podcast, beautiful conversations❤😊
Understand your triggers❤, felt it. Very powerful
Ending this interview thinking that this one was just for me. I relate so much to Piwe's personality and it's quiet challenging but still wanting to make an impact in so many people's lives. I'm leaving here so inspired and ready to navigate in spaces by leaving my light on and helping other's to switch theirs on too. Thank you Nomndeni for this space.
Aah, another value adding conversation. Loved every minute of this episode.
This was definitely for me! THANK YOU so much.
She is amazing. I feel so affirmed and reassured as a heart person!
I absolutely enjoyed this. So enlightening, thanks for this💜
Yhooo...this was so fruitful, I enjoyed every bit of it🔥🔥💯💯♥️♥️
What an inspiration. Really enjoyed this interview. We need more 🙂

❤❤ so much wisdom
Mme the funny thing about life is that sometimes you don’t know your triggers until you are triggered 🙆🏾♀️
Thank you for an insightful conversation, infact I can't thank you enough for all conversations you're intentionally giving us the privilege to listen in and grow 🙏🏽🤍
