I just want to say that I really find this content useful and enjoyable and thank you for asking for our opinions. I really love to participate and get involved in something I find valuable. Below are my suggestions.
Do You Have Questions On Working Smart And Living Well? ( That's the suggestion title for the segment)
I think it would be good to post videos on a daily basis around the same time if possible so we know as the tribe that during the week at say 12midday we have an appointment with the agenda women podcast. Also I think the more frequent it is then people will start engaging more, subscribers will grow and so forth.
I prefer them longer say about an hour but since you'd like to make them short please don't make them shorter than 30 minutes if possible. The more information the better plus I find these videos enjoyable.

I have a work smart question about market research. I just need someone who can break it down to me step by step as a girl from ekasi who has a business idea on how I could go about doing market research and do it thoroughly. Let's I want to show potential investors that I understand the market that I want to penetrate, how do I go about collecting the data that shows me that my business idea is of need in the market place or not.
