I really got you the moment you said you you’re straightforward !!
I recently got in a situation where I was judged for being that way and I bluntly said that is not something I will ever support . Since then it’s bugging me is it me who should correct and be more polite even if that’s not something I feel that moment . Really need your thought on this .
You can be straight forward / blunt but also polite at the same time. That’s my approach. But if I had to choose one in an extreme situation, I always go with honesty is the best policy.
