People scale differently all the time, even though I don’t always agree with your method of scaling, I do enjoy the videos regardless. Not everyone is going to agree on everything.
Comics are incredibly stupid to scale, because you can potentially get street thug John to universal because he gave Captain America a hard time once, and Captain America beat Hulk, who beat One Below All and blah blah blah.
Because he’s tired of the bs that meat riders spew about their favorite characters. That includes these terrible scaling content creators and their biases
I always hated the Hulk/Grundy comparison: one is CLEARLY based off of Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde; the other is essentially a extremely enhanced zombie.....
The comparisons were easier to make when Hulk came out. They were both pale skinned giant monster men who were the stars of their comic companies horror series. Both have evolved in completely different directions and really have nothing in common anymore.
@rougarabid true; that's understandable, but the origins weren't even close....I get what your saying though bruv. Love the videos nonetheless!!!! 😎🖖🏾🤘🏾✌🏾
I actually like the conceptual cosmic pissing matches that these Marvel and DC writers have. That being said, I won't defend it as good storytelling. It's a lot like fast food: Is it tasty? Yeah. Is it actually "good"? Probably not. I wouldn't want it to replace ACTUAL good quality writing though.
Deadpool is one of those comic characters that can lose to anyone and beat anyone. He is wildly smart as a combatant and at same time insane and stupid.
The reason the flash has speed force is because as he gotten more absurd, his abilities started to make so much less sense. That's why Wade Garret & Superman has no connection to the speed force, but the West's and Barry does
8:36 Yeah, Canonically Galactus's strength depends on his hunger. Like if he just ate a planet he can fight against gods but if he is starving low level heroes can beat him up.
At deathly starving he can be beat by small super team, at full he can probably erase and instantly remake the entire universe, so like probably high universal/low multiversal.
Gladiator and the Shi-Ar Imperial Guard also, though they are more directly expys of Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes. Gladiator was in some ways a sounding board for John Byrne before he did his Superman run, to the point he replicated a Fantastic Four (#249) cover in Superman just swapping Gladiator for Superman.
Sentry is more of a parody of Superman's abilities, with the whole "he has the power of 10,000 suns" while supes only has the power of one of them, either way more clever than just a knock-off, but so are all the others so who cares
@@jorgealbertohernandezgutie7696 My point is Hyperion and his Squadron Supreme Vs Superman and JL would've been a better match-up. Although it's pretty one-sided cuz they'll get massacred going against Superman and JL. probably why he didn't bring them up!
@jorgealbertohernandezgutie7696 are you joking superman don't have that power and is not that powerful now if a hero fly and has super strength he a copy of superman but the first hero to fly and have super strength first we'll was nyimor was the first
Honestly DC and Marvel should make Aquaman and Namor different in one simple way. Call Namor's trident Poseidon's spear, and make Aquaman's trident Neptune's Trident. It's not much, but it shows that one character is borrowing from Greek mythology and the other from Roman Mythology.
batman actually gets his powers from this thing called the moneyforce which allows him to access and control large amounts of money that he inherited from his parents (in case you didn't know)
@@artemisolympian6318Yep, pretty much makes sure that no matter what, there'll always be a Batman. There's also the fact Gotham is cursed which is why no matter what Batman does, Gotham will always be a living Hell Scape
5:24 Nope nothing is simple anymore. If you want a superpower, it has to be something very complex and leads to something very powerful or just very powerful off the bat.
I really wasn't expecting a marvel win 3-1. Deathstroke wouldn't use the Godkiller sword to start the fight and Deadpool would be using his Carbonadium to start the fight. The sword only slows regen on character with regen like him Wolverine and Hulk. Plus knowing he's in a comic means he probably would start the fight with the cannon and know that deathstroke has a sword to kill him
@@cmwinchell unfortunately that part of his arsenal was not mentioned in the video lol......were talking about a character that has jumped out of his own comic and threatened his own writers at gun point to make him win lol. Slade never stood a chance in hell god killer or not.
@@kriegerh that’s what’s not mentioned. He breaks the 4th wall all the time and will go to it. You can’t beat a character like that no matter how much advantage deathstroke’s hand to hand is
@@kriegerhthats why i disagree with the video. im a big superman fanboy and accepted his loss.. but the bs he just poured on the deadpool fight is just plain wrong
Okay one thing about deadpool. He has forth wall breaking abilities. Doing things like reaching across and breaking comic panels. You could argue that Deadpool if he felt really threatened could bring other versions of himself from other panels or reaching across the panel and shoot deathstroke in the head. I know more silly stupid powers, but thats deadpool's character.
That's a solid point though. Also, Deadpool has Main Character Energy while Deathstroke has Villain Energy, which would probably be impossible to quantify but if you put this fight in any writer's hands, you just know that Deadpool comes out on top somehow.
@@afluffyboi4093It does mater. It’s a misunderstanding of how the Immortality works. He’s not so much immortal as banned from dying. Death cannot collect him. That’s a pretty big distinction in settings where death is a sentient creature like DC and Marvel.
@@afluffyboi4093 How? Explain to me how if he gets killed by the sword how he's going to die? Death is gonna come and say "No thanks, live again". That's literally how it works I don't know what universe you are talking about
Feel like one person you can compare the hulk to is any character that related to him. Solomon Grundy is much different from the hulk personality wise.
Well I mean Solomon Grundy debuted three decades earlier than Hulk and Hulk at the start was grey kind of like Grundy so there's a bit more similarities besides the Silhouttes. There's also the fact that they're giant brutes covered in ragged clothing and just beat the shit out of superheroes. SO I can see why people like to compare the two sometimes.
Well yes, but the writers can still try to make sense, it's just hard cause it's fiction. If it were based on real life then you could use real life laws and logic and make the fights a bit more realistic.
Eh, I think Deathstroke vs Deadpool isn't that much of a heart stroke swipe. I do agree, he can kill Deadpool, and they're pretty similiar in stats so it comes down to skill and weaponry. Then, as you mentioned what Deadpool tends to do, you know take hits and all that, I also think that Deathstroke wouldn't just go for the God Slayer - I mean, as far as he knows, he is just fighting a dude with guns who runs his mouth too much, so he could just take care of it with rifle and some hand to hand. After beating down Deadpool and when he realizes Deadpool is just healing up, I think he would at that point go for the Ace, but then Deadpool might have had enough of joking around and, I dunno, remembers he ordered pizza and needs to get back before it gets cold and then actually tries. If they fought for real, while I again, agree Deathstroke is more skilled, he is also perhaps a bit too "traditional", like he uses actual fighting moves and techniques, that while effective, Deadpool too is familiar with. On the contrary, I don't think Deathstroke is prepared for or able to counter effectively the shit that Deadpool does in literally every fight he is in. Again, I don't think Deathstroke can't do it, just that Deadpool could have a chance too, and it's not as big of a difference as you said.
To add onto that, Deadpool is able to very easily beat Taskmaster, a guy who can expertly mimic the skills of anyone he sees fighting and then predict how they'll fight him almost perfectly. He can shoot a bow like Hawkeye, throw a shield like Captain America and sword fight like Black Knight, for example. However, Deadpool fights in a way that even he barely can keep up with whatever it is he's doing and Taskmaster cannot copy him and then gets his shit absolutely rocked. Not to mention DP's 4th wall breaking abilities where could just write Deathstroke out of the fight entirely if DP gets bored or something.
honestly deathstroke doesnt even have a chance imo cause deadpool has the continuity stone and can pull different versions of himself out of nowhere like the time he pulled a version of himself too the past by grabbing him from a future comic panel also deadpool has a sword that does the same as deathstrokes that cancels healing factors and kills people like hulk and wolverine and on top of that deadpool has the cartoon poncho meaning he can pull out anything in the fight like he could literally just pull out the continuity stone and end it by writing in deathstrokes death
Deadpool is the best swordsman in marvel canonically. He can beat wolverine and task master at the same time. He is more than a match for deathstroke if he’s using his swords.
Problem is Deadpool can do a fourth wall break and would immediately know what Deathstroke's weapons are. Not to mention that when he's serious, his reflexes and agility are on mutant level.
@@GOTHERGOATWell, Deadstroke can, idk capture Deady's daughter or Spiderman, not sure how, but that can get Deady serious. Deady is a really loving father, and he does like Spidey a LOT, like a Lot!
@MartezAnims DCs Spider-Man is Tarantula and he was created before Spider-Man. Stop bringing up Black Spider from Young Justice because, that show ruined Black Spider. Black Spider in the comics is completely different. He's not a knock off Spider-Man like the show portrays him.
@@UnlimitedIvory He can't swing at all in the comics. You're taking about Black Spider in Young Justice (animated show). Black Spider is nothing like Spider-Man in the comics. Young Justice ruined Black Spider by making him like Spider-Man, but a villan.
No one in DC ever thought about making Aquaman Poseidon's son? As in reveiling that Arthur's human father wasn't actually a random dude, he was Poseidon in disguise. And also have Poseidon lend his own trident to Arthur.
He's also stated that he wasn't inspired by Darkseid much at first, at least visually: "This is probably one of the first concept drawings of Thanos I ever did... Jack Kirby's Metron is clearly the more dominant influence in this character's look. Not Darkseid. Both [Darkseid and Thanos] started off much smaller than they originally became. This was one of the drawings I had in my portfolio when I was hired by Marvel. It was later inked by Rich Buckler."
In case you guys are wondering, yes, because DC predates Marvel, most of the heroes on the right side of the thumbnail are DC heroes. However, Namor predates Aquaman, which is why he’s on the right side, thankfully.
The Namor character predates Aquaman by about a year. IIRC Namor first appeared in 1939, and Aquaman first appeared in 1940. Namor, Captain America, Bucky Barnes, and an android version of the Human Torch (who is some retcons became Vision 🤷♀️) are a handful of Marvel Comics characters who actually predate the founding of Marvel. These characters had been originally published by Timely Comics (eventually Atlas Comics) some of whose members like Stan Lee eventually established Marvel. Unrelated, by I would pose that Marvel Comics first Superman ‘ripoff’ was not the Sentry, but Gladiator (who first appeared in X-Men #107 from 1977). The character is an alien with the same powers as Superman, his name Kallark is literally a combination of (Kal)-El and C(lark) Kent. He was absolutely meant to be an homage to the Superman character.
Did this dude just say Thanos and Darkseid don’t look alike when they have the exact same build and both wear blue? Yeah man, that brick shithouse that rolled the Avengers in the 90s is totally unrelated to the brick shithouse that was beefing with the Justice League in the late 80s. Absolutely zero connection between the two.
Darkseid was created by Jack Kirby in the early 70s. Thanos was originally based on a different Kirby character (complete with floating chair) by Jim Starlin a few years later. However, Marvel editorial told him if Starlin was going to rip off Kirby, he should go for the gusto and copy Darkseid.
Ikr. I think Thanos feels way more as a ripoff than Aquaman does tbh. At least Aquaman, while similar character wise, offers a difference experience, Aquaman isn't supposed to be seen as Namor, Namor is waymor self absorbed, narcissistic, explosive etc. Aquaman started out as a jolly hero, sure he grew into a more annoying "badass" asshole, but whatever. Thanos and Darkseid both serve as the typical "ah, I'll end ya, I am the end of all things" and mfs look like reskins of each other. Thanos unironically looks like an alternate costume in a fighting game for Darkseid
I’m sorry, but that is straight-up slander against my boy Aquaman. He has much more impressive strength feats than just lifting a city block or lifting an ocean liner. He literally threw his trident so hard that he caused a volcanic eruption. He literally stopped an attack that sank Atlantis( a whole freaking continent) with his bare hands. My man punched Posedion so hard that the shockwave threw Wonder Woman off her feet. Aquaman has swum to the core of the Earth when going to the Fire Trolls(who live in the Earth’s core). Aquaman has fought Wonder Woman to a standstill on at least three separate occasions (one of those times, Wonder Woman and he was mind-controlled by Gorilla Grodd to see one another as Black Manta and Cheetah. And the other, the Spectre heightened their aggression.). From a DC’s Rebirth Guide Book in 2018, “As many of Aquaman’s adventures have taken place in the lost city of Atlantis, deep beneath the surface of the sea, much of humanity has come to vastly underestimate the raw strength of the seas king. In truth, while on land, Aquaman’s strength, speed, and invulnerability rival those of his teammate Wonder Woman’s, but underwater, none are truly his equal.” And if somehow, someway, Aquaman can’t beat Namor physically, all he would really need is a single thought. Aquaman’s telepathic prowess goes way beyond just sea creatures. He has literally forced a Goddess to yeet herself into hell, given a White Martian a seizure, and mentally subjugated an artificial intelligence somehow-I don’t even know how he pulled that off. He has done some just ludicrous stuff. Either way, Aquaman dog walks Namor..
Namor’s mind is so strong that both Professor X and Emma Frost 2 planet level psychics, meaning they can subjugate everyone on the planet at the same time, can’t enter his mind unless he allows them to. Not even to read his thoughts. In fact Namor is often cited as having the 2nd strongest will in all of Marvel comics right below Thing. Namor defeated the entire Avengers team multiple times casually. This includes Thor, Ghost Rider, Captain Marvel, She-Hulk, Ironman and many others at the same time. They couldn’t even harm his with their attacks. He lifted all of Utopia before his crazy god level power up he currently has. Utopia is the size of a continent. He nearly knocked out Thanos with a single punch. He single handedly killed a Celestial casually. Defeated Hercules who over powers Thor often and has lifted the entire Cosmos for months without rest. Knocked out a Kree High Elite who was said to be equal to Ronin the Accuser Fought on par with Sentry If you went through all their most ridiculous feats Namor still wins but if you take their most consistent which is what I do Namor also wins. Only reason you think otherwise is you don’t know Namor. If you did you’d know the feats you just listed are child’s play to him.
@rougarabid Martian Manhunter has said he has never felt a will as strong as Aquaman’s. Aquaman’s telepathy isn’t just a mental thing but a biological thing, too. Using it, he has devolved King Shark back into a shark. Giving the White Martian a seizure was him literally exploiting their biology. Also, didn’t Emma Frost telepathically trick Namor into thinking he killed Sebastion Shaw? There was a crossover that showed Aquaman’s telepathy affecting Namor when Namor wasn’t even his real target, but the surrounding Atlanteans were. The Avenger beatdown was impressive. I thought you said Utopia was an island. Which is more impressive, lifting an island or catching an attack capable of shattering continents? When Namor punched Thanos that broke his hand, then Thanos promptly showed him why he is the goat. When has a Celestial ever died casually? Those guys are big deals. Each time a hero fights those guys, it takes effort not to be vaporized by them. If Namor can kill Celestials easily, why didn’t he when the Celestial Tony Stark made went rouge? Could you tell me which issue Namor killed a Celestial in? I know only about two times Namor fought Hercules. Both times were shown to be pretty close, but ultimately, the fight was interrupted before it could be concluded ( by Photon and then Poseidon). I didn’t even take Aquaman’s most ridiculous feats into account; I just pointed out feats that he had consistently shown to be capable of doing. You didn’t take the most consistent showing; you inserted your bias into the material despite evidence of the contrary, i.e., Aquaman stalemated Wonder Woman several times. Both were trying to put one another down(probably non-lethally), but you just said something along the lines of Wonder Woman beating Aquaman because she is the Justice League's best hand-to-hand combatant. Aquaman helps deal with cosmic threats all the time, for example, Despero, Starro, Asmodel, etc.
Ngl I’ve been waiting for someone like you to hit the scene. Someone who shared my views and also has platform. You just became my favorite comic book related UA-camr 😂
Oh dam, I underestimate Soloman Grundy. I was thinking he's just a superman threat at his highest level. I guess I should update myself on Grundy even if he still loses
yea, i feel like sentry is kind of the peak example of why doing something exclusively to avoid doing something else kind of makes your thing into a self fulfilling prophecy proving that horseshoe theory is not not just true, and an immutable feature of the cosmos, but actually the serpent we still call the ouroboros after it just finally ate itself entirely and was still so hungry it came back to life, fully regenerated and proceeded to travel across time and space and shapeshifted into the form of a horse shoe in order to trick us into feeding it even more, across all space and time, no matter how badly we want to starve it to death.
Rouga must love kicking the fanboy hornet nest. Isn't his fault they are the REEEEEEE brigade that can't get over their hyper specific single occurrence "bUt RougA tHis hAppEneD so .. " moment in the comics
@orangelessjuice lmao do some research pal. There's literally videos and forums on it everywhere 😅 it goes off feats however. And claiming there isn't such a thing as infinite, immeasurable, and irrelevant speeds(which rouga has stated) is downright asinine, especially when they have been recognized as actually being a thing. There is such a thing as speed tiering. (Look up Surfbone if you want a good explanation on speed tiers) Furthermore, lowballing and highballing characters off feats isn't OK either. This gut will highball tf outta dbz while lowballing Marvel/DC which BOTH have a MUCH larger cosmology and MUCH greater feats
@orangelessjuice for example, Dark Gaia? Literally stated to be the CONCEPT of Darkness embodied. Show me the last time Goku fought a CONCEPT. You won't be able to, but feel free to do some research. It'll do you good I'd wager
Aquaman has been able to throw hands with swamp thing and for those who don’t know swamp thing has been a threat to the presence so much so that an angel was sent to to try and take care of swamp thing Superman is a lot stronger than sentry, with the only feat you need to prove that is he damaging the source wall
Yep, comics be full of stupid shit. Batman also broke the source wall. A LOT of characters have been able to damage it. Not as impressive as you think.
@@rougarabid Batman was able to damage the wall with the highfathers staff which would make sense because the staff is crazy op, and if sentry was in that scenario he likely could not do the same as Superman has done fairly similar things such as one tapping the world forger, darksied Batman, and even Wally west, while sentry doesn’t do much that can be compared to those

At 22:50 you nailed it! People have gotten so mad at me for saying Hulk would beat superman and Thor (Even though he already One Shotted Thor in Immortal Hulk) but for now at least, Hulk really is the Strongest One There Is!!! 💪 💪 💪
Immortal Hulk doesn’t really do a lot of the stuff you mentioned. Like, yeah, the Green Door is a thing, The One Below All has its eyes in Hulk and Hulk can’t die, but he can’t really do much outside of just being unkillable. The ones who control the Green Door is TOBA, The Leader (who figures out how to do it, and BOY does it mess him up) and Bruce Banner’s dad, who was working with TOBA cause he wants to use his son like the Anti-Christ and bring about Gamma Armageddon. In fact, Hulk/Banner trying to do what The Leader eventually does is not presented as a good thing: it opens up the possibility of Banner being taken over by his dad or The Leader, which happens in the story multiple times. Like, when he gets more and more into trying to control life and death and stuff, he opens himself up to get possessed. It’s wild. He can’t really control the Green Door. He doesn’t know how and when he finds out he could, he refuses to do so cause doing so would drive him closer to TOBA and whatever plan it has for him and for his dad to take over. The Immortal Hulk is a story that turned Bruce and Hulk from Jekyll and Hyde into Esau and Jacob from the Bible, while also keeping some of the Jekyll and Hyde horror vibes and multiplying them. Immortal Hulk is, unironically, a biblical horror story with superheroes, and a dash of anti-corporate nostalgia baiting during the Xemnu arc. I highly recommend people check it out. It’s amazing.
@@rougarabidwhy does it matter that they did? It quite literally doesn’t ruin anything for hulks character. Immortal hulk as a book did more to explore and develop hulks character than any other book of his. I’m saying this a fan of the Peter David run. The worst thing about immortal hulk is it getting ignored by the very next run (smashtronaut) but this book does quite literally everything about hulk that is established perfectly and on top of that excellently established new lore to the character that fits coherently. I don’t wanna be the guy who accuses you of not reading comics, but it’s pretty hard not to assume you don’t just based off your interpretation of immortal hulk.
Well, upon drawing the godslayer, the comic would describe it, and pool would read it and go "oh shit, that's crazy." And go between panels and shoot stroke. Pool wins 10/10 times
Even before the one bellow all shit, Hulk was already lighting up an entire universe sized void with a clap and punching through dimensions... That one fight against Red She Hulk, their fight was so instense it was affecting Umar's universe (not sure if this was before the OBA bs). So Hulk was already pretty busted before the One Bellow All bullshit.
Sure but he wasn’t a death god or magical. Also the fight you’re referring to was when both Hulk and Red She-Hulk were amped by the Wishing Well. That’s not his normal power level.
that umar universe was actually just the planet bein destroyed and keep in mind that planet was smaller than normal because its a pocket dimension thats alos smaller than normal so thats not that impressive of a feat
@@dantes4729it wasn’t a pocket dimension, it was literally the dark dimension, which is so big that it holds infinite other dimensions inside of it, and no they weren’t destroying just a planet. They were destroying the whole dimension.
I wisg comics didn't give everyone cosmic power connects, they shoulda stopped at flash and the speed force, but now the speed force is significantly less cool now because everyone has their own version
One of the things i like about a hypothetical deadpool vs deathatroke is that in some variations of deadpool hes actually just a master of killing and stops because his healing factor removed the necessity of him being an expert (and the schizophrenia probably doesnt help) so it would be interesting to see a serious deadpool go after deathstroke. Like after a training montage where he realises he has to go back to being a badass in order to survive and then goes back to being a goofy wierdo
Honestly, if I could write a comic about this, I honestly can't think of anything other than wolverine and Spiderman not coming to Deadpools aid even if he went back to his super serious pre powers edge lord status simply because the risk is to great for him to take on the challenge solo. Especially if the reason for their conflict is something like that fucking gun I can't spell the name of
Hulk doesn’t control life and death. The green door is specifically focused for gamma beings. The focus wasn’t about how mystical things are but how the psyche of the hulk and the monster within was made as well as Bruce’s own mental issues with his father. I think the focus on Hulk and Bruce’s relationship and the mental aspect of the hulk and Bruce’s father is well worth the whole gamma green door thing. You act like before Immortal Hulk Grundy had a chance when in reality World breaker would’ve squished him like a bug.
I would like to kindly point out that The Sentry isn't a Superman rip-off, there's a difference between a direct copy and a character being *inspired* by superman
New characters get created for $$$. If you use an old already existing character.... you get no $$$ for it. If you create a new character... you get $$$ everytime it gets used in comics... movies.... TV shows.... and More!! ;)
Nighthawk is just a batman rip-off. Moon Knight on the other hand, is actually pretty cool and interesting. Especially with his multiple personalities. He isn't a complete copy of batman, in fact he even serves as an anti-hero unlike batman
I feel like that god killer sword is doing way too much work and deadpools telleport isnt doin enough work here. Its a bit biased. Heres my argument based on info given in this video. Death stroke is probably not carrying the god killer sword upon initial meeting. Deadpool probably is carrying his cartoon bag of holding. I feel like deadpool has more access to more and better weapons than death stroke and with his superior healing. It gives deadpool the edge here
That’s only if you give Deathstroke a handicap and not Deathstroke. If they both go in with the tools they need to win Deathstroke wins and teleporting isn’t something he’s not use to dealing with.
The more I see people talk about hulk the more I realize they don’t actually read hulk comics. Since his debut, both him and Superman were just unbelievably strong. To the point where not even teams of characters could even scratch them. But for the sake of sales, they were dumbed down. Hulk has always been insane and immortal but because everyone wants to power scale logically, marvel decided to flesh out his backstory and give you actual reasons as to why he’s that strong. The power didn’t come out of the nowhere, the explanation did. Hulk is hulk and he’s so strong that logic can’t stop him. That’s literally the point of his character. To show that when humanity is faced with impossible tasks, they will continuously overcome them. I would compare doomsday, kenpachi and broly to hulk before I even thought of Grundy.
0:45 To the casual observer, they are scary big aliens with loads of power. So that's why people say they are parallels, they just don't know enough about them. Thanos is in no way comparable to darkseid. Darkseid is basically a dimension. There is only one Darkseid. There are many thanos in the multiverses.
@@tananatana4011 No. The infinity gauntlet does not destroy darkseid. He has his own dimension. He IS a dimension. The gauntlet doesn't work in other dimensions. Thanos kills an avatar of darkseid and darkseid comes back because you can't kill darkseid. You didn't look up anything at all,did you?
@@Towelgravy Infinity Gauntlet managed to kill fully fed Galactus, who is ABOVE dimensions. Thanos just nukes all of Sphere of the Gods and Darkseid with him. True Form Darkseid is basically featless anyway
33:50 I argue that’s not the case. While most people and some writers believe that Superman powers comes from the sun. That’s not really the case. If you dive deep into Superman’s mythos, you’ll learn what really powers of Superman and no one can ever take away from him. Which is known as ‘The Story of Superman’ Think of Constantine’s Synchronicity Wave. Basically Superman has the ability to overcome any obstacle that’s in front of him. But Superman just came back even stronger) Dr. Manhattan who scales above Mr. Mxy (a 5D Imp) tried to get rid of Superman, but Superman always came back. Since Superman is thee corner stone of the DC multiverse. You cannot k*ll Superman. As he’s become a conceptual entity. Man I loved this one. Finally found someone using logic and not afraid of fans. And also while showing feats it needs to be considered whether the character is struggling or not, which you did with Aquaman.
You forget Deadpool’s unpredictable, and also canteleport. all he needs to do is reposition himself for one shot even if deathstroke decides to dodge Deadpool could just cut his limbs off to catch him off guard with a shot.
Deadpool lost the ability to teleport a while ago in the comics and being "unpredictable" is a cop out, especially when multiple characters can consistently keep up with him. If it was some bs like it even confused the spider-sense I'd give it to him but that just ain't the case, people like Wolverine, Captain America, and even the Punisher can keep up with his antics just fine in a fight.
Wade's unpredictability isn't much of a factor outside opponents who specialize in prediction/mimicry like Taskmster. Who eventually gave up and beat him with Punisher's movements instead lol.
I don’t have hulk as his strongest. That would be Geburah Hulk. I just have Hulk using his regular forms without buffs. Devil Hulk and Green Scar are versions he always has access to. Superman doesn’t have access to CAS or Superman 1,000,000. Those are 1 time power ups.
That isnt even hulk at his strongest lol. Thats literally just base current hulk lmao. Its not some buffed up version or anything. The strongest version of hulk is comsmic world breaker hulk.
He also didn't come back because Donny Cates literally had no idea who Sentry was or what he could do, he just asked the editor for someone to Worf, and the editor barely even bothered doing even the basic level of their job. Cates later actually apologized on Twitter for it, when really it's his editor that should be apologizing on his behalf.

Deadpool/Deathstroke - It's not just skill, because both of them are extremely skilled. Deathstroke's biggest advantage in any fight is his tactical mind which is why even the bat has troubles with him. Deadpool beat Taskmaster who's whole deal is being able to know exactly what his opponent is going to do before his opponent does it. Deadpool also knows when to take fights seriously, but even then he's so unpredictable that even he doesn't know what he's going to do at times. Yes, Deadpool's carbonadium sword slows healing factors...specifically fast factors like his, Sabertooth's, and Wolverine's healing. Deathstroke's healing factor is so slow in comparison that a carbonadium blade would cancel it out. Deathstroke also doesn't use swords near as often as Deadpool, so when Deathstroke pulls out his shiny sword he's handing the battle to Deadpool.
An animation by the channel Zimaut Animation sums up what you said about Superman not being able to beat Hulk, because in that video he realises that he can't so his only choice was to take the beating until he calms down or the world will be destroyed as collateral
A couple of things in regards to Hulk, Immortal Hulk wasn't where he became powerful, hes always been that powerful. hes always been able to adapt since the beginning, he has also been Immortal way before the Immortal Hulk book. His Gamma was also described to be mystical in nature since the early days. So Hulk been this strong is not something New, As a matter of fact Hulk in his early years was doing some absurd things with just his strength so this is not new for him. Al Ewing didn't Just pull it from thin Air, Hulks Gamma has always had a Supernatural tone from the beginning, Al simply expanded on this. This is why Hulk's strength has always been described as being potentially limitless, Its why he is able to survive impossible odds etc.
But there is one thing that deadpool has that makes whoever fights him have a difficult time. Deadpool is unpredictable. Taskmaster the most skilled character who can copy fighting styles as he is fighting, can't beat or copy deadpool because he is too unpredictable. That is why deadstroke will lose. Sure he has the sword to kill deadpool, but if he can't react to deadpool correctly, he is dead. Deadstroke doesn't start with a sword, he starts with a gun. Meaning their fight will start with a gunfight. That means deadpool could kill deadstroke before he can even use the sword.
Taskmaster is nowhere near the best fighter in Marvel and his power is to copy techniques not predict attacks. Taskmaster is also limited in what he can copy by his own physical ability. So if a technique requires more strength or flexibility than he has he can’t preform it or preforms a much weaker version of it. Taskmaster loses A LOT. People put WAY too much stock in this fight. Deathstroke doesn’t predict his opponents. Most fighters don’t. They simply react. Deathstroke is more skilled and overcomes better fighters than Deadpool by a large margin.
@@rougarabid I know this might not be a good example. But there actually is a episode of death battle about deathstroke vs deadpool and in that episode, deadpool wins.

An interesting concept would be to examine a fight where the combatants are scaled to comparable power - so no cosmic scaling - and gauge how they'd do based solely on experience, skill, and "earned ability" - so basically training, tactics, fighting style, and so forth.
I don’t think Deadpool will be affected by Deathstroke’s sword. Deadpool is not just immortal, death simply cannot get to him. Death is a sentient character in Marvel and because of Thanos’ curse, she literary cannot collect his soul. Technically he dies and then comes back to life cause his soul has nowhere else to go. Which is different from normal immortality which simply means that your soul does not leave the body.

They were actually made specifically so the Avegers can crossover with the JLA whenever.

Not to mention DP's 4th wall breaking abilities where could just write Deathstroke out of the fight entirely if DP gets bored or something.
honestly deathstroke doesnt even have a chance imo cause deadpool has the continuity stone and can pull different versions of himself out of nowhere like the time he pulled a version of himself too the past by grabbing him from a future comic panel also deadpool has a sword that does the same as deathstrokes that cancels healing factors and kills people like hulk and wolverine and on top of that deadpool has the cartoon poncho meaning he can pull out anything in the fight like he could literally just pull out the continuity stone and end it by writing in deathstrokes death
deadpool cananoicly can shit on the Taskmaster who is often referd to as marvels deathstroke, so this is a deadpool win
Deadpool is the best swordsman in marvel canonically. He can beat wolverine and task master at the same time. He is more than a match for deathstroke if he’s using his swords.

Deadpool can literally write his own story
Namor secretly stalks Susan Richards using his camoflage powers.
In truth, while on land, Aquaman’s strength, speed, and invulnerability rival those of his teammate Wonder Woman’s, but underwater, none are truly his equal.”
And if somehow, someway, Aquaman can’t beat Namor physically, all he would really need is a single thought.
Knocked out a Kree High Elite who was said to be equal to Ronin the Accuser
Fought on par with Sentry
If you went through all their most ridiculous feats Namor still wins but if you take their most consistent which is what I do Namor also wins.
Immortal hulk was more about the relationship between hulk ,banner , devil hulk , and Joe fix it. Not really about how strong we can make hulk.
Yet they did it anyway.
@rougarabid in spaceshiphulk that's definitely what they're trying to sell. At the same time it's about banner and hulk's toxic relationship.
I don’t wanna be the guy who accuses you of not reading comics, but it’s pretty hard not to assume you don’t just based off your interpretation of immortal hulk.
there needs to be a 'i beat galacticus and all i got was this t-shirt' shirt for people.
Sometimes, the original isn't always the best.
@@rougarabidI’m pretty sure his wish was just that everybody wouldn’t die. I don’t remember him getting amped by the actual well itself
that umar universe was actually just the planet bein destroyed and keep in mind that planet was smaller than normal because its a pocket dimension thats alos smaller than normal so thats not that impressive of a feat

Especially if the reason for their conflict is something like that fucking gun I can't spell the name of
Sci Fi Universes vs Halo Flood Invasion
You didn’t even get 30 seconds into the video before commenting did you…
@@rougarabid Nope
24:36 Hyperion is suppose to be the Superman ripoff. Sentry's powers are similar to Superman, but Hyperion is the true ripoff.
I don't know why marvel created sentry and moonknight when they had Hyperion and nighthawk
If I am remembering it correctly, Sentry was originally created to show why Superman DOESN'T work in Marvel. Though I could be remembering it wrong.
New characters get created for $$$.
If you use an old already existing character.... you get no $$$ for it.
If you create a new character... you get $$$ everytime it gets used in comics... movies.... TV shows.... and More!! ;)

@@rosssnyder4490 well that's a pretty stupid point if it's true cause Hyperion is just doing fine
Nighthawk is just a batman rip-off. Moon Knight on the other hand, is actually pretty cool and interesting. Especially with his multiple personalities.
He isn't a complete copy of batman, in fact he even serves as an anti-hero unlike batman
Thanos had that one feat of surviving a black hole, and I'm sure there's a lot more outside of "I punched this strong guy once" if you were to look
Tombstone = Solomon Grundy
So Superman can only beat Sentry if he makes him depressed, but he is superman his whole deal is kind of doing the opposite of that.
While they aren't much alike now, he was originally concieved of as a darkseid ripoff.
no those are avatars not the true darkseid
Thanos with Infinity Gauntlet still pretty much destroys Darkseid so they are comparable

I argue that’s not the case. While most people and some writers believe that Superman powers comes from the sun. That’s not really the case. If you dive deep into Superman’s mythos, you’ll learn what really powers of Superman and no one can ever take away from him. Which is known as ‘The Story of Superman’
Think of Constantine’s Synchronicity Wave. Basically Superman has the ability to overcome any obstacle that’s in front of him. It can be TAAO, Lucifer, Death itself (which Death did try to erase Superman out of existence completely, countless times. But Superman just came back even stronger)
Dr. Manhattan who scales above Mr. Mxy (a 5D Imp) tried to get rid of Superman, but Superman always came back. Since Superman is thee corner stone of the DC multiverse.
You cannot k*ll Superman. As he’s become a conceptual entity. Superman is the literal embodiment of hope that exist within the comics and within our imagination in our world.

You forget Deadpool’s unpredictable, and also canteleport. all he needs to do is reposition himself for one shot even if deathstroke decides to dodge Deadpool could just cut his limbs off to catch him off guard with a shot.
Do we also include shit like that carbonatium sword Deadpool kills wolverine with in Deadpool kills the marvel universe storyline?
Is this the same absurd Deathstroke from DC?!🤣
@@thelordofthelostbraincells I dont think it'd be fair to give deadpool some of his more OP arsenal, I mean this mf used the Nexus of All Realities.
Thanos is 100% a ripoff of Darkseid, the creator of Darkseid created Thanos to be a ripoff cause he thought it would be funny.

@@Sacremas Exactly. He had Knull defeating the WRONG VERSION of Sentry ffs 😂. Dunno what all that afterlife crap was about too, when Sentry dies he reforms whether he wants to or not. He was thrown into the sun because he wanted to end himself, but he kept coming back.
Some extreme incompetence over at Marvel.

So hulk is basically scp 682.
hearing your video as a podcast, and the amount of "F"s going around completely made my day. Thank you.
@@rougarabid
I know this might not be a good example.

You dont need to kill someone to win💀
actually that was changed recently and thanos took away deadpools immortality so he can in fact die now
Wow I'm kinda surprised Immortal Hulk has haters. With how insanely strong Hulk was it'd only make sense that his powers are something more than just genetic mutation. Plus you a bit exxagarated how much of that hell stuff he can actually control
Darkseid is lookin for the anti life equation thanos is looking for infinity gems what u think they gonna do with that
The anti life equation doesn’t actually kill people. It removes free will. They have completely different goals. One wants to end life the other wants to enslave it.
