For the 2nd question about how to improve communication skills
I have one tip which massively helped me. "READ" read alot of quality stuff and always have some knowledge about everything. The more knowledge you will have the more confident and expressive you will be you won't hesitate to speak even in a group of people because in the back of your mind you know you have sufficient knowledge to back up your arguements

That only works when you are preparing for a class discussion on a certain topic and you already feel confident. But having an effective communication skills and overcoming objections is a totally different thing when you are in the real world.

I live in Sweden and I am amazed how many things my husband (born and brought up in Sweden) can do. Right now he is building a sunroom on our patio 😅😅 he has so many tools that no one in Pakistan would imagine to buy. I also like to help him in things e.g putting up a wallpaper/painting, I had never done anything like this in Pakistan. Also here if you go to a store to buy the material/tools the staff does not sell the most expensive things to you, they ask your requirements and give you a good solution and also tell you which is cheaper etc and they share their knowledge of building a structure or anything.

Yes it's SAWAYAMVARA(can be described as a competition to find perfect groom) in hindu culture which is also described in almost hindu text like in RAMAYANA and MAHABHARATA.
IN ancient india it was also practiced to marry princess where many kings, scholars and princes came to participate in SWAYAMVARA and performanced verious skills to win the heart of princess.
In last decade SWAYAMVARA was comerselised by indian TV industry by making serials to entertain public like RAKHI KA SWAYVARA(flopped) and RATAN RAJAPOOT KA SWAYAMVARA.

This was second such incident. I for this reason always keep 1 eye in rear and side mirrors. Attention to detail is important. I had several feeling that someone is following so I never stop but go into even more rush area just to be safe even while driving in front of house. Never stop. 90% incidents happen when you stop car esp in front of house. Car theft, robbery, snatching phones, money etc. Its such a mess

Q2. Junaid bhai, it's not just our friends or gathering or our families, but the education system as well. The so-called teachers bully students, if you ask a question they will feel threatened and say that you are trying to insult and challenge them, which is pure nonsense. Our education system promotes conformity and not critical thinking.
Please talk about this, those people who are insecure and have inflated egos why do they decide to become teachers, because this is costing us a lot.

Constructive criticism: try to reply to as many emails as you can and keep your answers short and precise. You oftenly drag an email and drift away from the original topic, at least thats what I've felt. as a genuine listener. I hope it gets better. Peace ☮️

To the person whose wife's visa got rejected. Bro I have been thru it, i am also now resides in Brisbane, Australia. My visa also got rejected after 7 months of applying, the reason was foolish, hence we (me and husband) challenged that decision in tribunal and provided all the proofs of our relationship again, plus, I was expecting our first child that time, that lead to the grant of my visa in 1.5 months only. So relax, and do all the legal things you can do.
Talk to a lawyer here in Brisbane, and he will guide you best. Plus there's a limited time mentioned on the refusal of the visa to re apply or challenge the decision, please make sure to challenge the decision with in the timeline.
It will all be sorted. Hope you guys reunite soon, hence a very difficult time for your wife, I can totally understand it because I was in the same boat 4 years ago.

I came to the US in 2007 and I didn't know how to wash dishes, iron my clothes, clean up the house, clean the bathroom or cook anything. Although I was a straight A student, it was quite a struggle to adapt to the life here because I was such a spoiled brat growing up

Hey Junaid, I'm surprised that in describing your encounters with death, you didn't mention the time you saw the aftermath of a bomb blast. You had mentioned that in a previous video. That would have been a story worth narrating here.

    FOR BRISBANE VISA ISSUE:
1.you don't have to wait for 6 months. Revisit paperwork, consult a lawyer and resubmit your case as waiting will only make it more suspicious for Visa officers (just general suggestion don't know specifics). Go through your story in your case file carefully, pay attention to details and make sure it makes a flow for a third person who is reading.
2.Once case is submitted, apply for visit visa for your wife immediately on the grounds that your sponsor application is in process and your wife wants to visit you since its been long you have seen each other, additionally you can mention with evidence why it is not feasible for you to visit her at this point
    3. I have been through same thing, it took 3 years but for a different country. I know it is difficult especially for women. You have to be strong and pull it together for her too
    May God resolve your problems..
