Managing ‘Rejection’

How to manage 'rejection' particularly with a young actor.
Explain that in the industry there will be MANY auditions that you just never hear back from, that auditioning is all part of the job/work and that every audition is an opportunity to learn - a new genre, character, idea etc.
Reframe the word - perhaps see it as 'redirection' or 'protection'
