@@dariusmoore654it is illegal to possess a gun without a permit. You can conceal carry if you’ve been through the proper vetting process. I’d doubt this fellow had proper credentials to have that firearm, also he’s probably a suspect in other crimes anyway. If he had been through the classes and had proper permits he would not have resisted and acted like a fool when approached by police. This type of interaction is covered in concealed carry 101. He definitely didn’t handle it correctly. O well.

Following basic rules and guidelines go a long way in assuring you won’t be hassled for your firearm. Having a firearm illegally is the beginning of many failures one can encounter. I support the right to have a firearm as long as the rules and laws are followed. It’s not the Wild West out there, you can’t just walk around with a gun and act like you’re above the law.

It is illegal to have a gun without a permit, concealed carry requires a permit. If you get caught with a firearm and it’s not properly permitted it is then illegal. You’re wrong.
