We visited westpark, west roseville and fiddyment farms last week and it was nice. Can you make a video about which school district they are in? Do they still have new homes in Johnson Ranch?
Hi @cristyguidagen - glad you guys got to explore the area a bit! We have lived in Westpark for 15 years raising our family & love it. *What area are you guys relocating from? Westpark & Fiddyment Farm will be Roseville City School District for elementary/middle school, and zoned to Westpark High School. We have multiple elementary schools & 2 middle schools that service these 2 communities'. West Roseville communities outside of those will vary, as they are serviced by 3 different school districts. So best for us to chat & narrow in on what you are looking for & we can help guide you to the communities/school boundaries that would work for your family. In terms of East Roseville - Johnson Ranch, those are very well established neighborhoods, that have been there since I was little (I grew up in that area). The only new construction we have on that side of town will be within Granite Bay, and price points start much higher than West Roseville, so would depend on your budget if those would possibly be an option for you. Those would get you into the Eureka School District for K-8 and Granite Bay High School. I highly recommend booking a 1-1 zoom with me where I can walk you through some of the nuances of the schools/housing options and what your family might be looking for. Our goal is to save you a lot of time, so you can focus on exploring areas & communities that are a great fit for your needs/budget. We have a tremendous amount of options here in Roseville. **Book a Zoom here:** calendly.com/tedtaotaohomegroup/sacsuburbs Here is our Roseville Playlist, that has a wealth of information on Roseville, neighborhoods VLOGS, and new home communities': ua-cam.com/play/PLVtWbXsgFqJGCmFaKnYjuF6QskNKD1yGM.html Also, here are some specific videos based on the areas you asked about ;) o Westpark VLOG Tour: ua-cam.com/video/pFw-2gEcSf4/v-deo.html o West Roseville Community - Solaire VLOG Tour: ua-cam.com/video/eBAN5GhAYpg/v-deo.html o East Roseville Map Tour: ua-cam.com/video/EYQnLk-lr24/v-deo.html o Granite Bay New Home Community: ua-cam.com/video/rgWFm3zYqBE/v-deo.html
@calipinoy You're welcome! Thanks for watching & feel free to reach out to us to learn more about the Roseville area & to get further guidance. In terms of the Roseville Energy Park, I'm not expertised in that field to advise. It's not nuclear or anything like that. I've never heard any major neighbor issues with it & it's been operating probably since at least 2007. They just recently built homes backed right up to it, so I assuming based on city planning that they don't see any high risk to it. Here is their website that describes it: www.roseville.ca.us/cms/One.aspx?portalId=7964922&pageId=11980099
Lincoln is about 20 minutes away from Roseville. Rancho is on the other side of town, closer to Folsom. So you would want to buy a home on that side of town most likely if you secured a job there. That's why it's always helpful to identify where you will be working first, to make sure you buy a home within a reasonable commute to the job.

Love over there but so hard to find a job ( cmm programer in machinist)
We wish you luckk on your job search! Definitely look for jobs throughout the greater Sacramento area. I see some posted in Lincoln & Rancho Cordova.
@@livinginsacramentosuburbs how far for around some that areas?
