@@nazakkhan1827 There are many news articles indicating he owns it from when he sued over the legality of his products in 2021 - just search for his name and sued state of Texas to find news articles on his ownership. Also, the recent federal lawsuit indicates he the main owner and operator of Vape City. His name was all over the website for Vape City, a 200 shop vape chain, until a year ago - he might have removed it to hide his ownership from his constable election campaign.
