I always love your reactions but even love them more when you’re so moved you join in with your beautiful voice! This was one of the shows highlights but I believe she sang 21 songs and every one was outstanding.

Nice reaction Britt! I was one of the people that e-mailed you with this link and another link as well to this concert. Scott actually opened for Angelina by singing 2 original songs of his own. There was at least one rehearsal that was shown on TikTok by them. The bigger news, it was teased on TikTok that Angelina, Scott, and Toby are working on a new song together! First time I saw this video, my 2 worlds collided...Angelina and Pentatonix? WHAT??? LOL Toby actually thinks very highly of Angelina. He has mentioned in a number of articles and Interviews that she has a once-in-a -decade voice and it is very soulful...

This duet should go down in music history, they should do it more often.
We have always loved Angelina's perfect imperfections. Was an awesome surprise to have Scott sing a couple songs before Angelina took the stage and then this wonderful duet. Angelina sang 21 songs, including two new originals, "Thank You" and "What Am I to You". She also talked a lot between songs, mostly about the tough emotional period, in her life in recent times. Sara, her mom, confirmed to a few angels at the meet & greet, that it was about her divorcing her husband.
Really hard to top all the joy present in that performance by two of the very best... except by being there. Thank you, Britt. Sometimes it's easy to feel the love.
Hi Britt. I absolutely love your reactions. I was there. I was at the concert and just like in your reaction I did not want the song to end. When she announced that she was going to be doing a duet with Scott my jaw just about hit the floor. Just wonderful.

A few firsts for Angelina, can't remember her ever singing with someone else and also trying to bring the audience into the song (may have done it in LV?) also I think this looks like a spur of the moment duet, perhaps a quick rehearsal that day and straight into it. As you say, there was little sign of rehearsal, they sort of worked it out as they went along, they mostly got the lyrics, but what they did bring was the feelings - the emotions that the story is built upon.
Just a side note -Angelina found someone to sing with that is taller than her - Scott is 6'3", even taller than Toby who is also above 6 feet tall...

Great, great reaction Britt -- so intelligent and perceptive. I completely agree that there was very little rehearsal between AJ and Scott -- but they found their mutual rhythm. The really, really incredible thing is that I think AJ really pulled Scott into the song -- she was much more accommodating, and based on Scott's reaction he really understood that.

LMFAO Scott is notorious for forgetting lyrics! I’ve seen Pentatonix in concert 10 times and I don’t think I’ve gone to a show where he hasn’t messed up the lyrics at least once. The rest of the band make fun of them all the time for it.😂
