Missing Jurassic Park Sega Arcade
I'm not sure if anyone from LRG will comment on this but I'm really curious why this collection includes everything... but the Game Gear port. I was excited to see this collection (and I might still pick it up) but the only game I had as a kid was for the GG. It was one of my favorite too. Regardless, I really like the set and I had to pick up the retro-colorful Dad hat. It was/is perfect.
I hope they add it as free DLC.

I hope they can include the SEGA CD version too (yes, there's was a SEGA CD version and I know it's a click and point adventure game, but still, it's worthy to add via DLC or a free update).

They would put Jurassic Park Sega CD but they don't have Sega CD technology to do that.

This collection is really barebones and full of issues.
There's some graphical issues I experienced on the SNES port and Genesis games unless I used certain filters to correct them. There's no screens explaining controls or objectives or manual scans, so you just end up being dropped into the games with *zero* info on how the games are played (I mean, I never owned any of the Nintendo titles, so I'm lost unless I look up details online), there's no ability to customize the controls at all and *zero* extras bar a jukebox to play game music; no box or ad scans, no concept arts, heck, not even a simple hints and tips/cheats sheet. Also missing a few titles like the Amiga/PC game and the Master System/Gamegear ports which is an overlooked gem.
This feels very minimal for a collection and could have been so much more... For what it was and the cost was, I was rather disappointed.
Not only that, but achievements aren't showing up on my Steam profile because it's got that label "Steam is still learning about this game" - I think Limited Run is kind of stumbling out the gate a little bit here. They're a smaller developer & they've got a lot of potential, but they're biting off a bit more than they can chew right now, it's concerning.
It does have some strange issues, for example for some reason the left analog stick is inverted for up and down with JP Genesis and Rampage Edition. So you can’t use the analog stick to play (up makes Grant crouch and down makes him look up). And the lack of button customization is pretty bad.
What confuses me is that the trailer boasted “quality of life improvements for modern gaming” or something like that. The only literal improvements for modern gaming I see is rewind.
I picked it up on PS5 today at GameStop, I've not played Jurassic a Park game since Sega CD a very long time ago.
No JP: Lost World on SMD or SMS games. Incomplete collection. Those could have been easily added.
I hope Lost World gets its own set, but the only games I know are the MegaDrive and GameBoy games.
Well there is the PS1/SAT game which is quite well liked. Also there was a Mega CD and Amiga Jurassic Park game not included in this.@@JediMasterBaiter

Is there a chance the Master System/Game Gear games could be added later as a download? Those games are truly outstanding and without them this collection seems incomplete.

This was a day 1 preorder for me lol only played the SNES game and it was insanely hard!
It was, and there was no way to save your progress either, you had to play all the way through!

Don't know if this is the right place for this. But I just noticed a minor LQA typo in the game main menu screen for the Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection. For Spanish, "English" is mispelled as "Inglese" (which is "English" in Italian, but should be "Inglés" in Spanish). It's a very small mistake, but it's very prominent and easily-seen in the main menu when switching languages in Spanish. Could something be done to change it, perhaps an update? I work in LQA myself and it's hard not to notice! Thank you!
It does irk me when a retro game is rereleased with all the original slowdown intact. I remember it happening with every iteration of Sonic Spinball and we have it again here with the first Genesis game.

The PS4 version is not getting Physical release in the EU UK it is only on Digital release I wish they go back to the original Playstation back then there was no internet connection and no download levels it was so much better.
You guys should definitely do the same with the lost world, out of all the Jurassic park films the lost world arguably has the best games, if this release is going to give ya’ll a big pile of money, I can tell you the lost world games will do it as well!

Sound emulation has issues. Guns have wrong sound in The Chaos Continues. Where’s the fucking maps in The Chaos Continues? All games need more resolution options. Full screen is like playing the game in a vertical iPhone video.

Unfortunately, the best JP game of the time is clearly missing.
Namely the PC/DOS or Amiga version (the amiga Version was identical in terms of content, but technical considerably inferior to the PC version.)
The PC/Amiga version was quite different from the SNES or Genesis version and was technically and content-wise by far the best JP Game back than.
How funny that they launch a game like this for latest gen consoles, when it doesn't even take up 0.5% of the game's performance XDDDD
