    You could smooth that square surface between your index finger and thumb. 11:31 I like to make all corners rounded. Improves flow and give you better throttle response at low rpm. Nice job by the way.

    Is that a sleeved cylinder and what material?

      It is OEM steel sleeved cylinder bored out to almost 68 mm. Since then it seized on me due to a bad crankshaft bearing, so I'm in the process of a complete engine rebuild, now it's bored out to 70mm. I've posted a couple of videos on this.
