Service centre people always try to pull money from their customers by making them fool. My cloths were having faint blackish stains after washing in my washing machine. Serviceman told me that my machine's gearbox is leaking oil and told expense of Rs3000 to replace it. After thinking a lot, I observed that machine was sucking dirt from my bathroom floor during drying cycle and dirt was depositing on clothes. When I completely cleaned the floor, the problem disappeared. Service people will always hide truth from you.

Yes. It's a sensor problem only. There must be a transparent pipe at back side of outer tub but inside container . That should not get blocked

Point to remember. The washing machine drain out (inside tub) is bigger diameter than comparing to outlet. If any money coins stuck-up it wont come out through outlet drain. The solution for this to remove the rubber drain housing cap to remove them. By opening this cap we will get good access to clear the blocked whole area between rubber diaphragm and its seating

Hi I have Videocon fully automatic machine. The water does not store in it and automatically leaks out. I switched it off and filled the water however water leaked out again.. Let me know what needs to be done in this case..

Please check the drain area of valve seating as I shown in the video. If your machine is giving sound while in operation there are maximum chances of drain area block which causes the blocked rags and pins, coins etc which comes in contact with the drum/tub while washing/spinning. In this case you have to be patient and open the bottom area of machine as per my video and can go ahead.

Practically speaking. Remember the spinning motor is the at bottom it may catch moisture during draining process of washing machine.
Point No.1 Turn the motor by hand to check the freeness if ok then
No.2 Check the continuity and insulation of motor if ok then
No.3 Finally check the wiring including switch contact points
No.4 Check the drives for proper rotation

It throw out the detergent in the beginning..and while it’s washing cloths keep throwing water out and when I left the drain pipe up like washer level then it’s not throwing water out but when wash cycle is finish it dump the water out and give error UL which is open door while the door is closed then I open and close it start again but increased the remaining time to finish then I have to do manually rise and spin

There is no object that caused the blockage. However when i see closely, the machine itself caused the trouble, when i try to use the wash mode, it automatically activate and open the rubber from the drain pump which caused water to flow out. Haziq Abdul Hanis. Check for any damage on rubber seal particularly at bottom side. If clearance increases due to wear and tear (Puncture) water may leak. And also check for the travelling movement of the valve shutting mechanism. Check for any restrictions. As per the design of the washing machine it must get shut perfectly without fail. Actually its a mechanical problem. Any how at once please get the circuit checked. I hope these points may help you

Drain valve will be shut and open automatically by the system only. If the drain valve is leaking that is indication of faulty spring of drain valve. If tension of spring reduces the action of shutting drain valve will be improper there by leaking. And one more reason for leaking drain is clogged drain valve seating. You have to clear that clogging manually if there is clogging. If machine is giving turbulence mean improper balancing of tub. To make it right you have to rearrange the laundry in some cases otherwise problem with drum suspension system. If the water does not drain it wont spin properly because there is a interlock and the machine goes to its previous washing mode of cycle
