No one’s ever been charged for something like this. It was a misdemeanor the statute of limitation expired and they created some BS to be able to charge it as a felony so the statue limitations wouldn’t matter … Then the jurors didn’t have to agree on which overlaying factor that would make it a felony…. everything about this was law fare and any person with a law degree will tell you like this was something never done & not a crime…
