Mahindra Roxor OTR heater

This is not so much a how-to video as it is a tips and tricks video on my experience with this heater. I purchased this video from On The Rocks Fabrication when I purchased the truck cab. you can go to vintageair.com to buy this heater or parts for this heater. The bracket in the video came from OTR.

I am thinking about buying one of these heaters. What is you long term opinion of it? Do you like it??

Jessy, Just installed the OTR/ Vintage Air heater. Blows slightly warm but slowly starts blowing cooler. Doesn’t seem the ROXOR is getting to a warm enough temp to make the heater work as it should. Did you need to do some adjustments to make it work better? Like cover front grille or electric fan? Does the EGR rob heat from the heater system? Thanks for the videos!

Make sure your coolant is full and there are no air bubbles in the line. You can disconnect the line coming out of the heater under the hood while it's running and let the air out.
Get the roxor up to temp as well. If you don't have a thermostat on it, just run it up and down the road for a few miles.

I like your videos! Trying to do my own heater install but can't find that 4 way bypass valve, can you tell me how makes it?

I got the valve from OTR
