Its funny that after 10+years of Jiu-Jitsu and experimenting with every type guard pass there is, I have found my favorite and most effective pass to do at the black belt level is a variation of this pass from the feet or the knees. Brilliant competitor and teacher but ridiculous to suggest that there was no such thing as competitive BJJ until 10 years or so prior to this video. Keenan has no respect for the history and legacy of BJJ's past greats from Brazil let alone the likes of Prof. Jigoro Kano, Kimura, the masters of Kosen Judo, etc. who pioneered gi-based grappling.
Keenan is the man...insanely good at teaching.
