At times, spirituality may seem like a vague topic, a sort of abstract ‘knowledge’ without tangible benefits. However, when we truly grasp the essence of spirituality-our true nature-it significantly empowers us in our daily lives. It enables us to navigate life with a sense of confidence and ease, despite its inevitable highs and lows.
This journey is inspired to bring out the complex concepts in our Upanishads in a format which is easy to understand and practice!
The talks are inspired by the teachings of Swami Paramatmananda, Swami Tadatmananda, Swami Sarvapriyananda, Om Swami and many more. My deep obeisance to each one of them.
Being a part of self-study groups Parama Vedanta (initiated by Dr. Thimappa Hegde) & Svadhayaya had further enriched my journey and I’m ever grateful for that.
