Same here. I have my tab as the hotspot, and that's where I'm trying to get it to work.
It used to work on my phone just fine without but my phone screen is 6.5" compared to my 13" or so laptop, and about 11" tab. If it still cuts off with adb, that sucks. I'll just stick to my laptop, since it's much more powerful than the mobile version (which, doesn't even bring Burp Suite, and that's the main reason I want the GUI on my tab).
After successfully connecting when i type adb devices it doesn’t show any devices and when i type the commands given by you it shows no device found

I am stuck, I am getting : daemon not running; starting now at tcp:5037, next message is : daemon started successfully, next and last : adb: no devices /emulators found. I get this message after I run the last 3 commands. I am running on Android 12 Lenovo tab 11 plus. Any thoughts? Tnx

Says unable to start pairing client, and the port number, pairing code changes when switching app between termux and settings (my device oneplus ce3 lite)
Found solution to get split screen mode for settings app, or any other apps, 1. Go to developer option, 2. Enable " force activities to be resizeable" option, you get option to split screen any apps, and even for settings app, thank me later..
I have the same phone you can just drag the termux window up so it can float above the wifi debugging tab

You can probably just go back and forth between apps, one-by-one then.
I didn't know of an Android device these days without split screen. Even IG used to not have the split screen option until several months ago. Before that, I would use third-party IG apps to do split screen. Best wishes.

have you try float screen.. i tap on the app for floating screen and i can finally pair my devices
@@josephchan5295 Nice. I tried split screen, but not float screen (I've used that before with some other apps), and I deleted Termux recently after just giving up since then. Do you use Android 13? I have 13, and I'm on a tab. Thanks.

My doubt is i have android 13, i did this all and my kali Linux is working but will this affect my phone in any factor like heating, over cpu usage, slow performance?? And can i factory reset my phone to get it normal back again?

YES...
In order to enable phantom process killer again you just need invert made changes:
Enable device config sync: adb shell /system/bin/device_config set_sync_disabled_for_tests none
Set process limit back to 32: adb shell /system/bin/device_config put activity_manager max_phantom_processes 32
Enable monitoring of phantom processes: adb shell /system/bin/settings put global settings_enable_monitor_phantom_procs true

@@kskroyaltech I did, it was some issue with my WiFi not handling the connection idk why, I switched to my hotspot and it worked.
