I'm glad the water wasn't 6 inches deeper or you may have ended up with your wadders full of water. it appears to me that those are some mean and angry dam beavers! My mother in law told me that she needs a new patato rake, she is so big, i think she needs it to scratch her back! In the video i saw you falling in the deep water, if it happens to my mother in law the beaverdam would be shut for 2 centuries. In my case where I don't have a lot of time, it's better to get it deeper so more water can drain out making it harder for them to float material down the creek. The other thing is it's alot harder than you think to get it wider once the water pressure isn't helping.

But for the longest, the beavers definitely never rebuilt but only about 3 or 4 times maybe and until this day I don't know what it looks like out there right now because its been about 5 months since I've checked on it! If you remove the sides first it will help with removing the center as it weakens the overall structure. Also prevents them from having a good foundation to rebuild so quickly

I don't know because of what state you're in I don't know what where to get them but there's chest waders that have a drawstring on them that you can pull tight like your drawstring pants and stuff I think you can get them at Cabelas or or Dick's Sporting Goods to close the chest off to where he did fall and has Deepwater it won't fill your chest
