Both of those monitors are VESA compatible and don't require adapters. You'll simply want to use some spacers with M4 screws 10mm longer than the spacers (all together a few dollars from a hardware store) since the mounting holes are in a recessed area.

Something like this will work: www.homedepot.com/p/1-2-in-x-0-257-in-x-1-2-in-Nylon-Outer-Diameter-Spacers-2-Piece-815008/204276571 (Photo is generic, but they look like that) With a 1/2" x 1/2" spacer like the one in the link, the screws should measure between M4x20mm and M4x24mm.
The upper cable covers may be difficult to remove the first time. If you give them a hard push forward on the arm, it should first unsnap and then pull down. If it still isn't working, please contact our customer support team: vivo-us.com/pages/support
Can you show assembly with he vesa adapter? I have a Samsung s39 series curved monitor but I need the Vesa adaptar. Because the vivo stand I bought was the VESA Stand, Classic, White STAND-V002OW so it's looks like I need the Adapter in order to fit but I didn't know which adapter to purchase. There are several different designs.
The Samsung S39C appears to use the same stand and overall design as the T55, so our VESA adapter for Samsung T55 series monitors should work for this: vivo-us.com/products/mount-sgt55

@@jessicamizhquiri6870 The S39C hasn't yet been officially tested, so isn't in the listed compatible monitors for the adapter. It should fit based on the info I've found for that monitor, but the MOUNT-UVM01 universal adapter will definitely work if there's any concern.

@@padawan_flamingo6895 We're sorry it's not holding up! The weight limit per arm is 19.8lbs, but they're usually packaged at reduced strength and have to be adjusted. Have you already adjusted the spring tension in the arm by turning the adjustment screw on top of the center joint clockwise? The monitors do have to be VESA mount compatible to fit. What's the model number of the monitor that isn't fitting?
would i need to get a vesa adapter for this if i am using a MSI Optix MAG27CQ and a MSI G271CQP E2

This thing cant hold any weight?! And on amazon it says it can dold up to 32 inch and my secind 32 inch monitor doesnt fit
The one monitor that dies fit doesn't stay up it's just falls down? Was there a weight limit to this thing or something

The mount is good only for one of my monitors the other that is a Samsung 27inch curved monitor is not compatible
