Puff pastry 1 lb/450 kg
Slice puff pastry into 0.6-inch/1.5 cm strips
Place puff pastry on parchment-lined sheet
4 Eggs
Salt
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1/2 cup (60 g)
Milk 4 cups (1 liter)
Sugar 1 cup (7 oz/200 g)
Pour the egg-flour mixture
Simmer custard, stir until it boils
Butter 2 oz (60 g)
Stir until the butter is dissolved
Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 25 minutes
Wrap with food film on all sides
Set aside a small portion of puff pastry for decoration
To spread the cream on the food wrap and place the dough base on top
Layer cream and prepared dough
Cover the custard with cling film touching its surface
Let it cool
In the refrigerator for 4 hours,( "Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.")
Finely chop for sprinkling
Spread cream on wrap, place dough on top
