Hey Amanda - Just so you know, the bigger a person is, the more calories they will burn compared to a smaller person when doing the same activity. Plus, men generally have larger muscle mass and this also results in higher calorie burn. It doesn't mean you didn't work as hard as the guys, it simply means the physical demands on a smaller person will always be slightly less. You looked so disappointed when they had a higher number than you. It's physics and not relative to any difference in effort, just size. You're all winners and dance beautifully!

Please! I coming from the Bachata and Merengue country, but these are no really bachata or Merengue take a moment and find a different music, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic Islands. Atention DANCE STUDIO.
We don't claim to be doing authentic was those dances are supposed to be , our workouts are based on Bachata, Merengue and other dance steps. And as far as the music we have to use royalty free music and unfortunately there aren't that many Bachata and Merengue songs to choose from 😌
