Model: YZF R-125
Year: 2012
Exhaust: LeoVinci
Mods: Mirror Delete, Custom Fairings, Aftermarket levers, Aftermarket Grips.

unfortunately a lot of people doesn't know their bikes gear-speed ratios.
I tested the top speed on mine and I manege to do 132 km/h as well and the bike is stock. But I think it will be able to go a little bit faster with a chain sprocket with one or two teeth more on the engine side since I found out that it looses power at around 9500 rpm and if the rpm could drop at 132 it will have a little bit more hp witch will result in a higher top speed
The exhaust may actually be the cause here - if You improve the airflow thanks to this exhaust but do not adjust the fuel injection then the AFR becomes different and the engine is running lean. Which results in loss of power, this may be present here because YZF R125 should have v max around 138 km/h.

Well... mine have rev limitter at 136 so it simply can´t
well I got the 2019 version and I got 150 Km/h and then it hits the limiter

@Derrick Wing 151MPH so your R6 is topping out at 243KPH (very fast if you ask me) while Adan Kabha's bike is topping out at 151KPH so that's 93MPH
yes i had got 148kph with my 2012 cbr stock, i could go easily to 155kph

I've thought about this for a while. So the only thing i dont like with the older models of the r125 is the speedometer ( guage thing ), i dont like it being so white so is it possible to like switch that thing to black?

Full system the stock exhaust is completely welded.

Not sure, I'd go for the wr if I were you. 125's are low speed toys and low speed fun is much more enjoyable on a sumo. I'm getting a wr 450 soon (at least I hope so) so maybe I'm a little biased.

I did not and I weigh around 70 Kg ish.

edit: Actually with now I think about it, this was way after I got pulled over because my exhaust was too loud.
you should try with bigger sprockets, itll give you a little slower acceleration but higher top speed :) @@Cubie

I have 2011 YZF-R125, no mods and I can go like 131km/h. (Obviously im not going that fast 10k rpm lol)

Moeilijk te zeggen, A1 dan A2 en dan A is een duur en langdurig grapje. Wat ik heb gedaan is A1 en dan A Code 80, persoonlijk vind ik dat het wel waard maar lastig te zeggen voor iemand anders.

If you want faster,you are on the wrong bike.Try r6 or r1 and take toilet paper with you just in case ;)
132 km/h are about 125-127 real on GPS.It is a very good bike for a city not for speed or race.Looks nice but very uncomfortable for long ride like all sports bikes.

@@BearkyUSA De R125 is een hele leuke motor en niet eens super duur in tegendeel tot de MT-125 (De naked bike versie van de R-125).

Het zal kunnen maar of je dat moet willen is een ander. De motor heeft een sportieve houding dus super comfortabel is die niet, en lange tochten maken op een 125cc is geen reden tot succes dan wil je echt wel wat meer kracht hebben.

No it doesnt, removing the baffle/DB killer has no effect on the bike's performance and some motorcycle racers often remove the DB killers from their bikes when racing round tracks. If it affected performance they wouldnt remove it
@@z38ra36 it's not all about exhaust flow, removing the db killer does lose you some performance, purely because yamaha designed/fuelled the bike in stock form to have a small exhaust size, so removing the baffle wrecks the back pressure and kills off some torque too.
