@@travisp5747 youtube search 'mlb casey Ripken'. Should be the first vid that comes up. Casey has also hit Lauren shehadi off the head and Dan plesac in the shins.
No offense to Jim Thome, he's a HOF, but he's just wrong about him and "his hands". He's right to focus on hands but what he's saying isn't what he's doing. He feels like he's throwing his hands downward, because that's the first part of the motion. So he's associating the initiation of the action (throwing your hands) with the actual action, which it isn't. In reality, you "throw your hands" downwards to initiate the rotation of your wrists which then bring the bat barrel below your hands and then your wrists (hands) rotate the bat upward and _finally,_ you throw your hands _upward_ (slight upward angle) and finish high--just like he does in all of his swings.
These are the best segments. Thome breaks it down in such an easygoing way.
My interest in baseball escalated this offseason. Mostly because of the controversies🤷🏼♂️
They are so passionate about baseball and could talk way in to the night about this great sport. So interesting to watch!
Jim Thome is Mr. Incredible if he took up baseball.
I’d place the noodle on the white line to let your swing have a strike zone path
This is amazing! Such a nice swing, Casey makes it look so easy.
best show on cable tv! been watching since 2009
man these are so good for young players.
you guys are awesome! thank you so much for this!

Are they blasting real baseballs?
Baseball sure could use Jin Thome in the dugout as a manager!
Or at least a hitting coach man would love the tribe to hire him
Imagine owning this studio
Lot of old school hitting in this bad boy.
should be new school
Casey had some nice years as a RED.
Are you going to be impressed by a 500 foot home run?
Yes!lol!
Too bad not a single guy in the league actually swings like this. Would love to hear Donaldson rip this apart
Watching these dudes have mid life crisis wishing they were still hitting dingers makes me laugh and love them so much
