    Steps:
    Open QuickBooks Online and navigate to the invoice section.
    Click “Create Invoice” and fill in customer details.
    Customize the invoice template by selecting different styles and formats.
    Add your company logo to the invoice by uploading the image file.
    Send the invoice directly to your customer via email from within QuickBooks.
    Record payment once the customer pays the invoice.
    Go to the Profit & Loss report to verify the registered payment.
