Love your channel! I had a Morgan/Welsh pony for 20 of his approximately 30 years of life. I'm now fixin' to take in a Morgan who needs some TLC. I love all breeds but have a warm spot for the Morgan Horse!
Aww thanks so much Lisa Houserman Lounging with Lisa ! Same here, love all horses/breeds but I am a Morgan person for sure. Sharing life with them is indeed a beautiful thing. I wish you and your new Morgan just that, a beautiful life together! :) I likely won't be doing videos for UA-cam anymore but I will be putting videos on Rumble for sure. I'm MontanaHorseman there, same logo etc. If you happen to use Rumble please say hi there so we can connect! Thank you for watching and commenting! All the very best to you and the new Morgan!! :)
@@Montana_horseman sorry to hear that you're leaving UA-cam but I certainly understand. It's a crazy platform. I think I might have one of those accounts I will check and I will definitely let you know. I appreciate your kind words and your videos. I really enjoyed just listening to the horse eat some spring grass it brings back memories. Take care
@@LisaHouserman Awww thanks and sorry I'm so sorry I didn't see your reply until now! I love making videos that express/show such non-stressful things, almost like a little escape for people. I've really appriciated that Rumble actually looks at the quality of my videos and has monetized them. I honestly don't care about the money but being on a platform that rewards good content makes me feel happy, positive and makes me want to create. Hey have you got the TLC Morgan yet? If you know it's real name I know Morgan family lines and could likely tell you some history there. Morgans are my life pretty much... heh heh. I hope all is well with you and the TLC Morgan!!
@@Montana_horseman No worries in terms of the reply. Well, the Morgan TLC deal fell through. The people would rather have him stand in a dark stall most of the day than to let him roam in and out and be with other equines. I've been pretty low about it and am looking for something else at this time. Thanks!
I totally agree. Horses love it when we become a member of the herd. My Morgan mare, Maritime Knight's Marielle, loves it when I do horse things with her. She will stand at the fence and nicker and whinny when I walk away trying to convince me to come back!
I always find it hard if not impossible to leave when she starts beckoning me back. Unless I have something really important to do I always give in. Rather gladly to.. heh heh.. Morgans can really love their humans!
Yeah that's certainly one type of play that horses enjoy. For her and I it's a time to reaffirm our bond and just spend a some time being together without the saddle, riding and such. Just spending time with each other. :)
Hi Cheryl! There are "kind of" a couple sub varieties of Morgans depending mostly on what part of the U.S the are bred/raised. There tends to be more dressage and jumpers in the eastern U.S. so they tend to find taller Morgans more desirable there. Most Morgans are not that tall. Most are 14-2 on average give or take a little. Really the breeding for taller Morgans is a recent thing and over the years I've seen "fad breeding" comes and goes, but the true standard old type-y Morgans are still the most predominate. I hope you're doing great! 😌
I'm so sorry I didn't see this comment! Yes those are wild Turkeys, I've known them for generations so they are never worried about being around my horse or myself. They are very safe here as my land is a sanctuary for all wild critters. :)
@@Montana_horseman They lay great eggs, if you find where they nest, I thought they were wild yet easily tamed, we had great birds, couldn't name them all..✨🎪🎎🎏

What a beautiful horse.! Very high spirited.
Thank you so much Diane! She's been a high spirited girl from the day she was born and I love that about her! :)

Sorry to hear that. I hope it worked out, after all.
Ebby is so beautiful. This video is awesome.
Hey thank you John! She is a great Morgan!

I wonder why the Morgan's have been bred to be larger than originally. Any thoughts?

She sure is a pleasure to watch. Thanks for the reply. :-)
No animal has been hurt making this movie. American humane society. Are these wild turkeys in the back ground?. Great video and a happy horse✨
