Bonded ... by sight .. smell.. a heartbeat ... the touch of reassurance from both as the thunder rolls .. the dark made bright as the rain dances ... the dark makes the heart race ... breath in and wait ... bond ever closer as each strike finds its path .. smell the warmth of the gentle giant or the damp duster they both bring comfort to each in this shared moment frozen in time ...Lost in the moment ... bonded 🐴💕

Thank you Carol! I could not tell how many storms like this she and I have shared together over the years. It's like a ritual to us to spend them together. This was not a planned video at all. I just shot the video and thought, well... I'll see what it shows. This video still touches me every time I see it. Thank you for watching and commenting Carol! :)

Watching this again. This is the kind of storm that makes sense. I return to this in times of stress and when i am overwhelmed by the dystopia of man made storms, which seem so shallow and pitiless compared to majesty of Ebby, her rider, her family and the natural world. Thank you and God bless you all

Awww thank you Carol and I'm very glad you find solace in these videos. There are times especially now days when I just want to tell people: There really is other ways of life out there, things are happening that are wonderful, beautiful and very disconnected from the turmoil of the world today. It makes me happy to know you see and feel that here. Hugs and blessings to you dear.

I think this is my favourite Ebby;s Thunder video. It's elemental and so full of love. I watch this when the world get too much, when I feel lost, when i want to connect with Gods creation. it's so beautiful. Thank you ebby. Thank you Montana Horseman. Thank you montana, paradise on earth. :)

Thanks so much Carol! I actually really love this video also. Ebby and I share such a deep attachment to each other, we share what this video expresses every single day. I've been thinking of doing a video about how I met her as a baby. It's a deep heartfelt story and she literally pulled me out of a one of the hardest times in my life. I'm super glad you commented because I was wondering how you were doing. Seeing a comment from you made say, Ahhh there she is. :) I really hope you doing great and thanks so much for your kind support and comments, views, and being a friend here.

Where i live in Swedn, these kind of lighting storms are very rare. Sure they happen but most years you only see 1/3rd the amount of lightning showed here.
I remember visiting the US 18 years ago, Florida, and got to experience something for the first time. A totally sunny day, and all of a sudden a rain fall started with the intensity like never before. I mean it wasnt like raindrops, but more like someone poured buckets of water at me. I was completly euphoric, but as quickly as it started, 5 mins later it was all over.
...Anyway your horse seems appreciating to you, sharing these horriific moments with her. :-)

Thank you so much for the comment, I'm glad you enjoyed it and that it brought back memories of your visit to the US. Lightning storms do have a truly powerful beauty about them. I've shared many storms with my horse and am slowly working on another video of an very extreme hail storm we spent together. Thanks so much for watching the video and taking the time to comment! It's nice to know it reached Sweden!

@@Montana_horseman I totally agree. The culture of "silence" and pretending of that things are alright in Swedn is very strong in the swedsh m*dia landscape.
However there certainly are reasons why the 8th of our p*litical parties have become so strong these last 20 years. The so called "rac*st party that dont stand up for each and everyones equal value" as they say, have in 20 years grown from 0.1% el*ction result to almost 25% according to the latest p*lls. There are many reasons and most of them comes from failed and way too excessive imm*gration.
As I am a person with a swedsh mother and a fore*gn father, I could have gone both ways and sided with self*shness and ev*l groups (that only wants more power, rights, and want to bring their whole family tree to swedn), but I decided that this country and its ppl have given up everything to greet f*reigners with one of the most generous wllfare systems, and still there is so much whi*ning and ungr*tefulness from many of these new cit*zens. My suburb for example have open dr*g market by the mall in midday and there are plenty of threats, s*xual assa*lts, g*n-violence and dstrction of property all the time in my area. My friends aprtmnt building got heavy dam*ge after a neighbor ignit*d a ex*losive 2 stairs down under. You could ask how do ppl get ahold of we*pons in a country without a 2nd *m*ndment, but these f*reigners sm*ggle them in from other countries.
Still I would would be the one considered ruthless if speaking about it in a honest manner. However I've been speaking more and more honestly about it with friends and even on my job, and you can notice most ppl that are 40+ are si*k and tired of this rapid dvlopment in the soc*ety. Ppl like Jb gen, ang*y f*reigner, and many more have started to become much more outspoken.
...As i understand the US is starting to experience similar probl*ms as we do here in Swedn, but you are still a bit behind us. Here there isnt a single suburb, town or city spared anymore, since the last 3 years.
You seem to live on the country side, but when le*ties get their way they will do just as they did here in Swdn and spread these for**gners all over the place, so that not a single town will be spared from the dstructive attitudes from these guests.
But I pray that you will have ppl in power that will hold strong b*rders and not replace l*w and ord*r with cha*s.

@@simonm4185 I and many others here have watched as Sweden has been so very kind to so many. Yet with all the Swedish people have given, there is little or no desire to thank or be kind to the people of Sweden for that. Many here have seen this taking place and realize that we have to be more cautious that it does not happen the same way here. I have worried that JB Gen and others like you might have trouble for speaking their minds and heart. But, I think once others see that it's ok to care and love your country, they too will speak out. JB Gen is a great example of a young person that speaks not out of hate, but out of caring for their country and it's people. As someone with Swedish mother and foreign father you have chosen to care about Sweden above all, I respect that goodness in you. I so hope that others will join you in preserving your way life in your country. Many here care about the Swedish people and that is exactly why I support and watch JB Gen. It's a pleasure getting to speak with you and I so wish the best for you and your family!

I remember a couple weeks ago there where lightening and I had people on the horse ready to go out on a ride (I work in a riding facility) and just before we left a massive lightning strike and bang all the horses spooked. Luckily no one fell off but I was absolutely terrified and still had to work all day with metal stuff. Scariest day of my life!

Oh you are lucky nobody came off, especially if they were new to riding. When I first started Ebby under saddle I rode her in all sorts of weather just so she was accustom to it in case of hard weather on the trail. I actually really enjoy standing with her during all types of storms, it's a bonding thing. Thanks for watching and for the nice comment!
