VI seems very useful when sivir has a spellshield, azir and jax have zhonyas.
you can actually smite away the shield and still knock her up, it's kind of a skill matchup, if you wanna call it that way, but yes, vi is certainly not the greatest considering there is literally no followup
@@AmongUs-gu7fn If Sivir isn't bad she spellshields right before the knock up not giving you an opportunity to smite away the shield (at most VI can predict it ). By your logic every counter matchup is an skill matchup since you assume the enemy will play bad.

Edit: I just did some research and apparently it does. Sivirs ability description is just not very clear and the lolwiki page is wrong.

Is it not sad that LS is able to say "he probably doesn't play Garen" like the champ has been the same since season 1 and his kit is so brain dead easy. Granted he won't *really* know exact lethals or trade patterns, I don't feel like a melee vs melee matchup (especially Garen who has no mana, short cds, insane resists and mobility) should be that brutal. Just farm and dont die then at drag and baron just run into them and youre doing your job
Edit: LS probably means he won't moreso than can't but it's just insane even coaches say pros can only learn so many champs when the core mechanics and interactions hardly change.
Garen only works in bad regions. Then again this is LEC so they should try it.
@Gurpreet-sv5zg he's not though. He has susceptibility in draft but no one drafts correct anyway. With his kit you literally cant fuck up lane

- Very easy to punish due to linear play style
- Hard to setup ganks for
- Easy to play against both strong side and weak side
- Easy to kite against
There are better champion that can accomplish what you want Garen to do.
Split push? Fiora/Camille
Poke? Jayce
Then again the fact you think Garen is effective by "Just farm and dont die then at drag and baron just run into them and youre doing your job" says a lot about your own game play experience.

Can G2 maybe go trynd mid or top? No lockdown on fnatic means it's safe like Kassadin. It also can benefit from Renata bailout and just eat through the backline similar to Akali.
Would be susceptible to tabis because of zeri vi (tryndamere HATES armor)

Jax and garen would be higher value + wukong as well combining tabis and his passive would be so tanky and therefore I think perform better as a solo Frontline opening the flank or pincer for jax/garen
Fnc had a lot of disengage tools even without a lockdown, it's nigh impossible to play a diver.

Draft kingdom should keep its name due to the kingdom being referred to as LS's segment being called Draft Kingdom, not the draft itself.
Isn't kinda criminal that sivir hasn't really been getting picked since the start of the year when there's so much pick comp being played and not long ago it was the go to zeri alternative? It's such a good weak side adc, has wave clear which is the most important thing in the meta right now, and even has more support pairings than zeri. It feels like some collective hypnosis that this champ isn't more popular right now.

GP Corki was my first guess but I could see how it would be too much of a pivot - vi in that case giga useless, renata W at least could have semi value

I think her kit is a little bit hard to use, Q and R very hard to land most of the time and also her lane is fairly weak, if someone doesnt spend lots of game on her she is kinda useless

@@evanlawrence6796 Morgana's E cooldown Is extremely high. It's double cooldown compared to most CC abilities that other supports have. There are Many other supports with More utility or damage. That's why Morgana's pickrate and winrate goes down the higher you climb

They could also draft orianna mid, it's synergistic with Vi.
It's good with Vi, but she is really bad against Sivir, and Sivir was the biggest problem for G2 because she can do damage for free as there is no one that can actually kill her
still not a big damage threat though which seemed like a core issue for G2.

@@andresurena7575 irrelevant - you outrange her and not allow her to deal dmg, you kill her using QW into QW without her being able to do anything about it - let her spellshield your ult, it doesn't matter. The higher your elo, the more Ori counters Sivir.
I would love to hear LS thoughts on flexing Vi top (full lethality) with shen jungle and fizz mid to salvage the draft. Different types of dive with bail out and Shen R for when it's not enough. + Enough Peel for Zeri.
Not that it would ever happen in Europe, just wondering as an angle.
Edit: wouldn't having an option to put Shen there if the matchup is better have that as an option still?

I don't know if g2 has lost there spark I think they may be trying some stuff that they shouldn't be doing. Don't get me wrong they played awful and ls makes some great points about their comp
In other words G2 draft was utter crap but also I would say they played the game pretty bad and FNC did well to capitalize on all the mistakes except the last throw at the end.

You just can't say they don't care about winning and that especially against Fnatic. That's just an excuse because G2 didn't win. They just underestimated Fnatic and overestimated themselves. They also lost against AST and KOI which are also quite good team. So please don't say they lose against worst team and win against best because it's not happening either. Just accept the fact that they were playing bad some games and now I really would like to say there is not just one clear winner of this split. I see BDS, KOI, AST, SK and Fnatic stepping up so hard so let's see what happens in BO3 and BO5
