Hello! I bought this SE1 pump in Kenya and I am totally confused about two things in the Tool kit box. 1) Why is there a pulley set? The pulley included doesn't fit on the SE1 model. Why is this SE1 video not showing what to do withthis pulley, how to install it? The manual is showing a picture of the SF2 when talking about the small and large pulley. It's totally confusing. 2) there is a handle for manual pumping. Where does this handle get attached to and how. Please can you post a video on how to do manual pumping? Or at least it could be included into the manual.
Hello, thank you for your message. The pulley in the spares set is a spare in case the auto-pulley were to fail. You do not need to do anything with it at the moment to set up the pump. Sorry for that confusion there.
The handle for manual pumping gets screwed into the hole in the flywheel and you can then use it to turn the flywheel. I've noted your feedback and I will speak with our technical team about making this clearer and a video on manual pumping.

Can it pump dirty water like from a beaver pond or just clean well water?
This pump can handle dirty and silty water. It comes with a filter on the inlet side and the only maintenance it may need is flushing through with clean water every so often if it were to become clogged with mud.

Can this solar pump bring water from a depth of 10 vertical meters and push it to a distance of 20 vertical meters?

@@samuelugoagha5200 This pump has a suction head of 7m so it depends on the depth to your water. Our biggest pump has the ability to irrigate 1 hectare, you would need several pumps for 5 hectares
