This game looks so cool! and night mode was a great decision
to get better at the game get rid of the grid/right angle system. use curved roads and diagonals to get to destinations more efficiently (it doesn’t look as nice, but it works way better). Also keep each of the colors/paths separate and avoid intersections at (almost) all costs. better to have a longer path than an intersection.
also traffic lights are almost never worth it, don’t bother

Hey there is a game called frostpunk that I think would be cool for you to check out In Frostpunk, players build a circular city centered around an engine. The world is frozen over, and citizens need to gather coal to increase the engine’s output or risk freezing to death in their homes. Players can rule with an iron fist or with more generous ideals and it's interesting idea at times its stressful it involves alot of thinking and you have to plan out your next move

You should try “Limbo” or “Inside”. They’re a platform game, but the graphics are amazing and very interesting. You should really look into them.
