Some details i really appreciated in this song are auto having opinions: "the best course of action is..", "how pathetically naive", "those are silly ideas", unlike in canon where he basically has no consciousness or free will. I think auto would have been miles better if he also had feelings just like all the good robots in the movie. Another thing i liked that i would like to point out is him going from being subtle and polite "no need to defy/destroy", "sit back and enjoy" to becoming more stern and malicious "do not interfere/disobey", "stay out of my way" just like how he goes from seeming like a good guy to eventually the mask slipping off and becoming evil the movie. I need to turn this song into water and drink it
I guess I now have _two_ songs for Funny Robot Villain Hours. I'm definitely not gonna complain about that! Also why is Big Al's voice a slightly-humaner dead ringer for AUTO?? They're so similar that it's kind of unnerving!

I heard that before wall-e movie was finished the productors show the movie to a group of "test public" and asked question after they watch the movie, they have to put the cute animations in the credits cause nobody though the obese and silly humankind will survive back on this destroyed earth, auto..maybe was right
