FYI the air filter is a MAHLE/KNECHT LX 1035 (same parent company , same product, 2 brands) at least in EU cars

@@MTechGuy I went to an airstrip today in the e60 m5. I managed 172mhp and that was not red lining 6th gear. Who ever designed the e60 m5 is a legend.

Hey. great videos. I have a question, the connector that comes off the fan into this box on our car doesnt seem to align as the box itself sits lower than the hose. Is there something under the box that should be supporting this from falling to low? Also curious as to if this isnt connected then would it cause issues with performance ? Almost like misfiring?

When you say connect the air box lid to the opening, are you ment to connect over the that little flap at the bottom or in between the little flap?
