- Hello beautiful people💞 I hope you're doing well :) The purpose of this positive affirmations video is for you to repeat after me, so that the last words you speak to yourself before falling asleep, are kind ones. I also incorporated some mic "brushing" sounds using a fluffy mic cover. I'm aware that these sounds are slightly too quiet :// So, the next time I use it, I'll be sure to be louder :) Anyway, I hope you enjoy this video, and remember to speak kindly to yourself💗

It's incredibly difficult to balance content creation with mental health. You want what you make to be great and it's hard to make that happen when your brain is making things dark. It's easy to get caught up in the cycle of, "I don't feel good enough to create so I won't; which makes you feel bad for not creating and vice versa." It seems like you're on your way out of that cycle, and that's a great thing.

Since I am so secure in who I am as a person, critics/trolls/bullys do not concern me. It sadly only projects YOUR inner uglyness and insecurities that you have not dealt with therefore you feel the need to undermine people and try to put them down, spitting your negativity to make yourself feel better.
I also hope you can reach the place of a happier mindset one day and to be at peace with yourself to not reflect your judgemental, negative unwanted opinions! Or at least get better hobbys ! 🤪 Besitos!

Just wanted to thank you again for making this video. I’ve been re watching it countless times by now and I really love how soft and sweet (😅) you whisper. It’s so comfortable and nice. And your affirmations are so nice as well. You’re not telling us what we’re but just speak about it. It’s so refreshingly passive in a way.
I can’t even begin to describe how much I love your eyes and how comforting your vibe is.
I watched this video 10s of times over the course of last summer, and multiple times again since. Last summer was probably the trough of my life so far, where a culmination of things that had been building up over the last few years finally coincided for one massive clusterf*** of a year.
What I’m trying to say is that this video really, really helped me. I really needed to hear these affirmations during the darkest time of my life, which is ironic really because the bright sun poured through my window every morning.
Now, a year later, I’m doing much, much better, and I’m back again to this wonderful, pure, heartfelt video. And I just want to say thank you for helping me get through this last year, because I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel myself rising above the darkness - a place I became too comfortable in for well over a year. And you were a huge help in turning my head up to the sun and not down at the shadows.
